I recently joined Fuse and initially selected a 14-month fixed tariff. While looking through the tariffs, I noticed another tariff with the same rates but a slightly longer fixed period of 18 months, which I would have preferred. Unfortunately, that tariff had already been taken off and was no longer available to select.

I was then connected with Ishwarya, who was able to sort this out for me and arrange the 18-month tariff I wanted. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very clear in explaining everything.

Ishwarya was excellent throughout and is a huge asset to Fuse. Really appreciate her help and the great customer service.

The customer service was easy to contact and responded very quickly. I got in touch on a Sunday and didn’t expect such a prompt response. Abdul was very helpful and resolved my issues efficiently.

Can't fault Fuse energy really, easy to contact online, easy to understand the App so you feel in control, competitive pricing, there did seem more choice of tariffs before fuel crisis but just hope that settles and a better comparison can be seen

Ashar responded supportively and consistently with great customer service through the incident which happened late on a Saturday night. Expectations set were met when I was phoned early Sunday morning to check my availability for the day for repair. An engineer who was professional attended my home and restored our gas supply safely.

Having just transfered to Fuse l was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the transfer.

Carlos arrived exactly on time to install my new meter, about which I had mixed feelings. He explained clearly why my old system wasn't working anymore and provided a power bank for me to use whilst electricity was off. He made a super neat job with installing the new meter and mains switch and cleaned up perfectly. He then explained in detail how to read the meter when the connectivity is switched off. First class service!

I have only recently joined Fuse Energy, but my experience with them has all been good. From fixing my smart meter to refunding me a payment I had made in error their customer service is really good. I have only ever used the app to contact them and it works well. Abimanyu from customer services was very quick at resolving my issue.

The whole experience was excellent. Kailash understood the problem immediately and walked me through the solution. I have nothing but praise for Fuse Energy and Kailash in particular.
