Pleased with purchase. Delivery as promised.

AVOID! Before you purchase from daals make sure you read these comments and reviews. We ordered a Maru coffee table and the quality of the product was very poor. The wood split apart easily and the fixings were extremely poor quality. Upon trying to return the product as it was not of a good quality daals refused to help as they said it was the way it was put together. This is simply not true, and is 100% a quality issue. Numerous emails later, they just ignore you. Avoid if you can.

I received a poor quality item which does not match the pictures online and had a difficult customer service experience with no resolution. They repeatedly ask you to send pictures and videos of faults and refuse to provide a refund. After 17 emails about the same issue I am still being asked for information I have already provided and am no closer to a refund. Avoid at all costs. There are many reviews of this nature across other platforms but not on trustpilot for some reason.

Amrit and Jason delivered our furniture perfectly. Loads of communication and chances to change the delivery date. Time slot given and a phone call 15 minutes before.

What an excellent company, I had a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinets delivered today. Only ordered on Saturday and was told it could be the 16th of November before it would be delivered, I received a phone call yesterday from Juan to say my order would be with me today, which was great news. I have had so much correspondence keeping me informed. I have had telephone calls, text messages and emails. I'm very impressed with this company.I received a text message early this morning telling me my delivery would be at 9:47. The delivery drivers rang me five minutes before the due time to tell me they were going to be here in 5 minutes, at the exact time they were due they arrived, two very polite young men one named Preston and one named Taffy. They carried my items in and were very respectful of my property, asked me if where they had put them was okay for me or if I wanted them moving somewhere else, my husband came home from work and we started to assemble them, there was one minor fault with one of the items which I rang up and was dealt with instantly, it wasn't a problem at all and it will not alter my view of this wonderful company as they were excellent from start to finish. I would rate daals. five stars all day long. ⭐️

Communication from Mark, our delivery driver, was excellent and accurate! He and Krishan arrived at his estimated time and delivered our order both speedily and efficiently. They are friendly, helpful gents and we have no hesitation is ‘awarding’ them 5 stars.
The ordering process was straightforward and speed of delivery was excellent with plenty of contact from the company. We have not assembled our furniture yet but hope to find it of the same high standard as the ordering and delivery processes.

Had a very smooth delivery experience with Cam and KC. Entire process was managed very efficiently.

I bought a mirror and when it was opened to be fitted it had a crack in it and Daals have refused to replace it due to it being outside of the 14 days. Very disappointing and unreasonable.

Terrible customer service. They are absolute crooks. £80 failed delivery charge when I was there for the delivery and used their measurements to make sure it would fit. Will definitely never use again. They are scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Very poor customer service – still waiting for a replacement chair months later

I ordered a chair from Daals, which unfortunately arrived damaged. I contacted customer services and requested a replacement. Since then, I have had several conversations with them and repeatedly been told that a courier would be arranged to collect the damaged chair.

In August, I was given a collection date and assured that the courier would arrive. My wife even had to take two days off work to make sure someone was available, but the courier never turned up.

Despite further conversations and reassurances from Daals, nothing has been resolved. It is now November, and I am still waiting for my replacement chair.

I find this level of customer service absolutely unacceptable. We have wasted time, taken time off work and spent months chasing a company to resolve an issue that was not our fault in the first place.

I would not recommend Daals based on my experience. A company should take responsibility when goods arrive damaged and treat customers with respect. Very disappointing service.

The desk we ordered looks great and is a quality item with a beautiful oak top. We were kept informed of delivery dates and updates and the furniture was well packaged to protect it during transport.

Terrible product. Came with dings and scratches. Will never buy anything from Daals again. The drawer functionality is low standard hinges and sliders and catchers. Was touched up with paint in places. Worse £500 I've ever spent

Majority of the experience with Daal has been fine, coms good delivery good , build instructions good .

Product poor , finish on unit too poor glue issues on one side leaving rough edge, some parts are chip board with a Formica type top, chips really easy when screwing in parts leaving flakes missing .

Would not purchase again , I deliberately choose Daal for quality, however disappointed with end result
