Low ballers to the extreme

Low ballers to the extreme. They had an SUV on the yard they'd traded, I'd bought a car last year but realized I now need something less close to the ground. So I looked at their vehicle, liked it, asked for terms, given they are similarly priced cars, same years, both german, I was expecting a few thousand to maybe five thousand difference. Nope, their scandalous offer was 7k (on a $17k car) requiring me to shell out $11k cash. I know they need to make money, but they've already shafted the last owner, now they want to shaft me, basically they'd be making a free sale out of it with that kind of math. And the car dealer rep for rip offs is reinstated.

absolute waste of time and money

absolute waste of time and money, and waste of a broadcasting rights wimbledon. Being in NZ I had to get Disney+ to watch wimbledon this year, we predominantly enjoy the doubles and mixed doubles. Could I find doubles on disney plus? nope, I could for boys and girls, but not for the actual, adult wimbledon.
No search or categories either, I just had to waste time each day scrolling through the list trying to find anything resembling a doubles match, loads of invitationals, but I have no interest in watching players no longer on the circuit.
Evidence that ESPN and Disney+ do not understand some sports and how to broadcast them.
Hopefully next year they don't have the rights in NZ, if they, I'll just revert to other ways of streaming then.

Mwave used to be good

Mwave used to be good, since Digidirect took them over, incompetent.
Most recent order was over $1000NZ, therefore AUS GST should not have been applied, it was, and that exceeded customs values in NZ, meaning its now in limbo whilst we wait for Mwave to respond to them. Meanwhile, 6 days now no response on chat, I've also send a support ticket, which they took 2 days to respond to after I chased them, and since I responded to them, no response after 3 days. But before I bought, they were very quick to respond.
Just money grabbing, wasting my time,For something that I should have received 6 days ago but is held up in customs cos they messed up.
Yet 15 months ago I ordered a similar priced item (more actually), shipped quick, declarations done, arrived on time, no issues.

I won't be using again

I won't be using again. Not sure what happened but at pickup, dasher had 2 deliveries ahead of mine, seemed to be at the mall for a good 20 minutes after the order was ready, then had another stop on the way, then to me. All in all, my subway (which they messed up as missed things I'd asked for) was cold by this point. No apology for it being late either, they seem to forget we can see the progress, and know how long its been sitting. I tipped in advance too hoping for a better service, obviously the tip means nothing.
Don't be lazy, go get it yourself.

prices were ok

prices were ok, but their onboarding and general customer service is non-existent.
I've since had reason to leave and again contacting them on their customer.care email is blocked, looking at emails to them last year they are still unread, I looked in their sales team, also unread from last year and last week. Found the resolutions email, also unread.
I know I could phone them, but I'm leaving anyway so I don't care, but I don't like poor customer service, if they are going to send me an email, then not read my response, or ignore my messages entirely, that is non-existent customer service.

Shame they have monopoly in…

Shame they have monopoly in Christchurch. Their advertising on the TVs in their booths at the airport state online click and collect same day. I tried ordering on Mon 9 Feb for Aus$, pickup was Friday, so not same day. But it also required my passport details. I'm at work so didn't have it on me, would have to wait until that night, but by then the pick up will have changed again. So I asked online if the kiosk carry sufficient stock if I was to bowl up rather than order it. I get a resposne, albeit quick, telling me the rates are not as good. I responded that I was not asking about rates, I wanted to know if there was sufficient stock as clearly I was out of time to order online as same day online service was a lie. He again responded about rates when I specifically asked not to.
I was passing through the airport yesterday after a funeral and popped to one kiosk to ask if I can order right then without a passport, he didn't know and referred me to the other kiosk, we waited whilst one of the women socialized with someone who was waiting for the other customer service lady. After 5 minutes we walked away, she called out there is another kiosk, and we just said, we know, he referred us to you but you preferred to ignore us. Nevermind, we'll buy our Aus$ in Australia instead. It will cost us more but we'll have the satisfaction its not paying for the 3 travelex employees that wasted our time this week.
EDIT: their response obviously is missing the point and has no intention of fixing anything. What can they possibly do after the event to fix it? Unless they were prepared to refund me the difference in exchange rates, which I doubt.

Looks scammy

Looks scammy. Searching for esims for Australia, Revolut came up, visited their website, says I have to login to the app to get prices. Hang on, your a money transfer app, what is that to do with esims?
Search for esims on their site, found it, got to log into for plan pricing. Go to support page to view common questions, have to login to the app. Want to ask them a question, have to login to the app.
Forget, I'm only seeking esim info, not happy at having to give my life history to get info. You'd think they'd understand that perhaps having some pricing on display might attract new customers, forcing me to sign up and open an app before I know if your offering is worth my while is ignorant.

simply awful

simply awful, tracking didn't work, but then it turned up one day. I noticed when ordering it was a subscription, I had the option to cancel second order, which I did.
This past week, that second order apparently went through, they've never replied to any emails, and there is no way to login to cancel or amend subs either.
Thankfully Paypal processed my cancellation refund.
Despite that I've just had confirmation from them my item is dispatched, I replied to their info@ email address and it bounced. So clearly a complete scam outfit.

can't comment on the product at this stage, only the delivery time. Order placed on 8th December, its now 23rd Dec and I'm going on holiday for 2 weeks and I still don't have my product. Not helped by the fact it took 7 days to leave the US, and 5 days for Orivelle to send it.
Poor service, trying to get hold of anyone even poorer. Had similar experience with a similar product from the states, except they didn't reply at and the tracking didn't work, then it turned up out of the blue. I'm sensing a theme here with US customer service.
EDIT: they've now asked me for more details below, but not responded to emails directly to them. Again poor customer service, and lack of comprehension. I said I was on holiday for 2 weeks yet they expect me to read and reply to trustpilot messages in a timely fashion yet ignore emails. I reiterate, poor customer service, avoid at all costs.
EDIT 2: @orivelle, why not just reply to my several emails instead of expecting me to reply on a third party platform?
But thats ok, as it demonstrates your customer service ability, or lack of.

Do not use this company or their product, I can see I've just been scammed by nutraboost and shopify enable it as I can't report as a scam for 30 days, meanwhile nutraboost can continue to scam people out of their money.

Customer service policies allow scam shops to thrive. I've made an order that was supposedly dispatched on 29th November, however, 9 days later and still no tracking, shop not responding and Shopify say I can't report them as scam until 30 days have passed. Meanwhile, during that time how many other people do they rip off? Shopify give zero pooze.

Cancel options? none exist.
For these reasons, I would not trust them, recommend them or use them again. At this stage I'm $54 down, with nothing to show for it. I will be reporting to Shopify.

Review of Swann Security

Initially very happy, but

Initially very happy, battery life of my NV 650 was great, 3-4 months per camera. However, after a firmware update in Aug 2024 the battery life was suddenly 10-20 days on the worst camera, and maybe 4 weeks on the longer life cameras.
Swann support was slow to respond, ironically a support person called Mond, would only reply on Mondays. Advice was poor, and my attempts to source replacement batteries in NZ to see if that was the cause was fruitless, then no one out of Aus would ship batteries to me either.
Eventually Swann did come to the party and send me spare batteries to try, this made no difference.
I've had a scheduled call with them, missed by 5 days, I've had them tell me they are calling me at 6pm on a Friday, yeah, right, like I'm sitting at home waiting for them to not call, I told them no Friday, yet they called anyway, 2 hours after their scheduled time. Then they wanted a reschedule, so I said no, you've messed the two that were scheduled.
I've told them it is the firmware, zero problems before, yet in their emails to me they intentionally go out of the way to ignore that, in all my exchanges, despite asking them to acknowledge the firmware, and pointing they are failing to mention it, they still choose to not address the firmware.
I've said I am going to Tapo, and they wished me well. After I spent $1200 on a system that had a useful shelf life of 12 months, and they did not care.
Avoid Swann like the plague, horrible products, mine in particular very poor wifi despite being 3m away from a mesh repeater on my worst performing camera.

Hi Kris,

Thank you again for sharing your detailed feedback. We truly regret the frustration and disappointment you've encountered. This is certainly not the experience we want for you or any of our customers.

We acknowledge your concerns regarding the firmware update in August 2024 and its impact on your NVW-650 camera battery life. You're absolutely right to expect better communication and follow-through from our team, and we apologize for the delays, missed calls, and the lack of direct responses to your firmware-related concerns. That’s not the level of service we strive to provide.

Yes, rolling back firmware is possible, but we want to be fully transparent. It’s a complex process with a risk of bricking the cameras if not performed correctly. For that reason, we don’t offer this option widely. However, in your case, we've escalated your request and have asked our development team to remotely downgrade your camera’s firmware to the previous version.

We’ll inform you as soon as the rollback is successful or if any further input is needed from your side. Our aim is to restore the performance you originally experienced and rebuild your confidence in the product.

Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make this right.

Review of MyIQ

I only saw an advert and the first…

I only saw an advert and the first question was "wetting toothbrush before applying toothpaste" ADHD or HighIQ? Really? That has zero to do with either, in most cases I would imagine it is down to what you were taught as a kid. In my case, I was shown and always have wet my brush first, so does my daughter now. My ex-wife and current wife do not, as that is not how they were taught.
If MyIQ can't understand the difference, then I won't be trusting it to grade my IQ.
Lol, their response proves just cos they have an IQ app, does not mean their IQ is high. My first line of the review states "I only saw an advert", clearly their comprehension skills are significantly lacking.

waste of time

waste of time, like all stop snoring devices, none actually work.
I was foolish to try two. Firstly the mouthpiece, made me dribble like a St Bernard, terribly dangerous, I'd be worried about choking on my saliva. Read for 30 minutes with it in, had to remove it before I went to sleep, as I wanted to wake up alive.
Recently tried the head/chin brace strap thing, its meant to pull the jaw forward to prevent snoring, for $20 thought I had only $20 to lose. Initially put it on ok, but after a couple of minutes my nose blocked up. I put up with it seeing if my nose would clear, but nope.
Persevered, again, for about 30 minutes and then took it off, with a few minutes my nose was clear. I guess its pressing on some snot sack somewhere causing my nose to block.
Whilst I don't expect to be able to return something that has been in my mouth, the head strap I do. I have asked for an RMA and have received it. So whilst the product didn't work for me, atleast they do respond, in my case, to emails.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague, their warranty policy is next to useless and no one carries spares either if you want buy a spare part yourself.
I have NV650 camera system, the battery life has reduced from 3-4 months to 10 days. My local reseller wants me to return all the batteries, i said fine, provide me with a security system whilst this one is offline. Of course they don't do that, and I'm not prepared to have my security offline for a month.
Swann said they can't do anything either, I responded that what they mean is they "won't" do anything. I can't find any resellers in NZ with stock, Aus resellers won't sell to NZ and ironically neither does Swann themselves, even though I want to purchase one battery myself to confirm if it is the battery or charger at fault.
Their support takes a week to respond but does not comprehend what you have said. I've been round and round in circles with them and they just don't get it, and seem happy for my security to be offline whilst the batteries are investigated, returned and replaced, ETA unknown. How is that acceptable?
Swann don't care about you or your security.
EDIT: they're response below is indicative of their responses that don't actually help in anyway.
After 3 months of dealing with them they keep telling me the same thing, lip service, but not actual help.
Despite being in warranty, I am being forced to buy replacement batteries myself, once stock is available in NZ.
As for telling me how to suck eggs in regards to battery life, this is a stupid response, I mean low IQ response, I know my system and its battery life. Initially to be getting 3-4 months per battery was amazing, to suddenly get 10 days, that is noticeable, I live in a private lane, with no road traffic, only my wife and I, so we don't have kids playing in the garden chewing up battery life either.
Swann, give your users some credit, we know when things change, we know our circumstances, and how it works. If I'd been getting 10 days at the start I would understand, but to do go from 3 months to 10 days after only 4 or 5 recharges, that indicates battery failure. Something Swann by law should be honouring, but are instead choosing not to do.
I would report you, but I'm over it, I can't be bothered. I will be buying replacement batteries out of my own pocket. I will also be taking apart a faulty one, hopefully I will find the inside is just full of cheap quality AA batteries and replacing for high quality batteries fixes the issue and is something I can share with the world so no one has to buy you batteries again.
