They do not stand behind what they claim. They added extra items to my cart and I immediately contacted them, within minutes, and they said it was too late to change or cancel. I opened a dispute with PayPal and they closed the dispute within 2 days saying it was authorized, which it was not. Now they refuse to give me their return address to return the items - new and unopened. My first order was weeks ago and I thought I'd try it a little longer, so re-ordered and that's where the problems started. I changed my mind and decided it just wasn't worth it. Not only did the product not do anything after weeks, now I'm having to go thru this entire hassle. Reading all the glowing reviews, they must be paid employees to write those reviews. Do Not Buy Into This! I'm sorry I did!

Warning about ORIVELLE !!
I take this opportunity because I want to ring a bell about this company selling toenail fungus pens, I stumbled over their add on FB and the add was saying, buy 3 and get 3 for FREE and pay just $9.99 each. So, this means that they should have charged me $29.97. No way, once they got my credit card details, that was it, they charged me for all of them. I advise everybody to stay away from them. Besides, I have to say that it is not the first time when buying something on FB I got stung. My advice is: do not buy on FB unless the seller is in Australia. Also, I do not know how good this product is, I was asking myself If Orivelle is so good, why somebody needs to take 6 pens?

NO free gift!
Firstly, I would like to say that I recently ordered my first product and liked the results so far. So when a promotion came along on July 5th, I jumped at it because I could get 8 more pens for a great price plus a FREE gift (anti-fungal serum valued at $34.95). It was a time-sensitive offer (purchase within 24 hours), and I ordered within that time-frame.
When I saw my order, I saw that the free gift was NOT included so I emailed right away to say please could you include this, as it was the offer that I had purchased (I used the "redeem your offer" link). NO reply?!! So when the order arrived a week later (with NO free gift), I emailed again. Again, NO reply?!!
Eventually after emailing a third time, someone replied saying that the FREE gift was not in the original order and they can only ship what was originally ordered! I explain THEIR mistake of not including it in the original order, that I did email them before delivery to say that my free gift was missing (with no reply), and that I emailed again once I received the order with the free gift missing. They said that they would review this further but NO reply again?!!
You cannot advertise something, get clients to order what they think they are promised, then not honor it! That's deceitful and fraud! You need to correct this!

Don’t believe what you read, reviews sounded fantastic, a con when ordering, i ordered 1 pen to try, checked the order to see the site had ordered a lit more , o er 6 pens. I contacted customer service….plain awful, never got my refund. Used the pen twice a day as direct…..nothing 6 months on, nails still the same…no difference at all. Stay well clear, i feel ive been conned out of money i could barely afford
