Started the process June 2nd, got a junk heater, not a cooler, have been promised a refund since then, over 30 emails and nothing. They tried to make a deal, twice over on amount of refund. Time for an FTC lawsuit by all the Americans that have been frauded out of money and product. CLASS action time America. Sent another email to them today.

EPICOOLER ORDER #7CC7AD8C8B#. The customer support team (REQUEST 4001790) was excellent, and helped me finally receive the product that I ordered. The product itself is totally not as advertised. The ad says that the product can cool a small room to 60 degrees. This is not true. The product is basically a heater with a fan. We did not want a heater. The language on the outside of the box states that it can cool a small room to 60 degrees. Yet, the small manual inside the box mainly describes the heating mechanism. The ads on the internet are also misleading "new German technology". I thought I would give it a try. Again, this product is a heater with a"fan". We are so disappointed, and are requesting a refund.

A/C heaters arrived weeks late, when the arrived did nothing but blow warm air. Tested A/C in one room which was then the hottest in the house. sent them back, emailed them and still waiting for a reply over 2 months later and still no refund received.

If I could give a no star rating, I would. I attempted to cancel my order following a spate of bad reviews online but my requests were ignored. When the items arrived they were definitely not as described so I contacted the company to ask for a return address. I was asked if I would settle for a 45% refund and keep the items, followed by a 60% refund then a 75% refund. I once again asked for a return address. It cost me £20 to return the 2 x 'A/C' units which are basically a very expensive non portable fan. Following receipt of the return, I requested a refund - I am still waiting. I raised a dispute with PayPal and the company requested that I cancel the dispute in order for them to issue a refund and still I am waiting. I am constantly being fobbed off with emails thanking me for my patience and understanding which I am fast running out of! I have tried to reinstate my dispute with PayPal but now that 30 days have passed, that is no longer possible. So I am still waiting for a refund. This company are scamming people out of money - do not order anything from them

Never did receive and still haven’t been refunded. Tried cancelling within hours before realized was a scam

It took around 3 months to receive the product & once I did I found it actually not an a/c but an air blower. So that the room was never cooled.

Ordered one towel, but website just set me up for everything that was for sale, just wanted obe sheet but charged me for everything, not good

Took ages to deliver the units and i had to chase relentlessly to progress the delivery. Total scam as when the units arrived, they were not fit for purpose. Barely enough air power to blow out a match, let alone cool a bedroom like they claim. On requesting my refund, they kept on trying to haggle on the total value. Avoid at all costs. Total scam company!!

I cancelled the order the same day
after reading the poor reviews.
Even PayPal are not able to refund me.
They still delivered the goods and have refused to supply a return address.

Understood my issue, we tried to see if item would better , but it just did not support our expectations.
Tried both and were similar on issue to reach satisfactory temperatures.

Took 3 months to receive unit. They sent and billed for 3 units instead of 1. I tried unit for 2 hours. It did not get cold, only cool. It will not work where I need the cooling.

Ordered items June 16 2026.Shipping was to take 7-12 days...took 76 days to receive my order. Didn't need it by then. Called and texted multiple times trying to cancel order. Was told it had already left for shipping. Upon receiving item 76 days later the posted shipping date was Aug 25 2026. So...was misled on details about my order

The heater / cooling fan didn't cool at all. It is only a heater/fan. The person I spoke to was very nice helpful. Answered all my questions.

This company should be shut down!!!! They are a complete scam outfit!!! Why Paypal deal with them amazes me. I thought I put two of these 'AC' in my basket, after being hit with their very misleading advert on facebook, this was during the middle of a heatwave. Then went to look at reviews, saw how bad they were, so there was no way I was going ahead with a purchase.
I was then notified by email, my purchase had gone through £241.96 taken from my account, and I should expect delivery in 3 or 4 days. Within 29 minutes of me thinking I had put the items in my basket (accidentally used one touch paypal checkout) I notified them to cancel the order as it was made in error. From this point on any communication with Epicooler I was lied to. They stated they could not cancel the order as it had already been dispatched!!! Within 29 minutes! Lie! The next day I received an email trying to con more money out of me, stated it was my last chance to increase my order before they seal the box and ship it!!! Proving they lied about it being shipped already and that they couldn't cancel and refund! Again, I asked them to cancel the order and refund. This was ignored.
At this point I thought I would wait the 3-4 days and return for a refund 4 weeks later still nothing. I opened a dispute with paypal, providing proof of the requests to cancel and their numerous lies, I also stated that I never received the item. Low and behold within an hour I received an email asking me to confirm my address so they could deliver the 'AC units'. Again I refused to confirm the address and asked them to cancel the order and refund. This was ignored.
I received an update from paypal stating the item was on the way with the tracking number.
2 days later what can only be described a cheap chinese shit! Two extremely poor excuses for AC cooler/heaters turned up. My god they are so bad! I honestly cannot believe how bad they are! Each unit weighed 2kg cheap thin plastic casing they are literally pathetic!! The photos display cool air flowing from the unit! Complete lies! You'd get more cool air opening your fridge! Honestly pathetic
I sent them back making sure they were tracked and signed for at the other end when received.
I sent an email requesting my refund 3 days after they received them. Their reply was that because I was outside their 30 day return window, they were refusing to give my money back!!! This has to be one of the worst companies I have even had the misfortune of dealing with!
Paypal obviously settled the case in my favour and today I finally have my money back. This all starting on the 24th June its now 4th September.
Please steer well clear of Epicooler they are scam artists and should be closed down

They say that they are dealing with your request but obviously they are just ignoring it , this is after THEY have offered you a part refund so well over a month later still no refund

What a freaking joke. The "cooler" is actually advertised in the box as a heater not a cooler. The air stream is so weak and blows only straight down. I bought two as they kept sending me coupons and the second is still in the box. I took the other and gave it away. I would be more than happy to sell the second for 25.00 and get it out of my house. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!! If I could rate it lower than one I would as they lost my order once and it two months to get the first one. Horrible experience.

I would give Epicooler a 0 if that were possible. The units take 3 months to deliver and you have to fight with them to even get that kind of service. When the units finally arrive they are a HEATER with A FAN. NOT A COOLING UNIT as advertised.
Stay away from this company!!!!

This was just a nice looking fan. Immediately returned and have not recieved credit. I will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney's Office.
