A/C heaters arrived weeks late, when the arrived did nothing but blow warm air. Tested A/C in one room which was then the hottest in the house. sent them back, emailed them and still waiting for a reply over 2 months later and still no refund received.

Called Fleur after my internet went down, advised i would need a new rooter and told one would be sent within 48 hrs. 4 days later still no delivery so called again and informed that they had no record of this order but would send me out a rooter. When the rooter arrived it was set up correctly but no internet signal found. Called Fleur again and told an engineer would now need to check the line and i would get a call back. No call received so had to call Fleur AGAIN and told the line was ok. I spoke to a very nice man called MATT who thank god was willing to help me and gave me some suggestions that may help with getting me connected. HOORAY success!!!! And such a simple fix. The only reason i am giving this a 5 star is due to Matt being so helpful to a 83 year old man otherwise it would be a 1 star.
