An absolute rubbish verification…
An absolute rubbish verification system. I’ve given up.
After about 40 times I’ve found the system impossible. Constantly time’s out. Trying to take a picture of your passport in any kind of light it’s either to dark, has to much glare or the bottoms out of focus.
Even if you get to the end it sends you an email 10 minutes after saying it can’t verify your ID,
I’ll put my money elsewhere with an app that user friendly and works.

Too many security questions for funds…
Too many security questions for funds transfer. Even after answering questions a new round of questions and requests for confirmation. And then third set of warnings and confirmations. Not to mention identity, face recognition, verification. A way too much friction for simple money transfer which was supposed to be free, but I was still charged.
