They shut me out of my account for "checks" which prevented me ordering parts or doing anything at all for 48hours minimum. I'm now without a bank and therefore without my business for 2 days. But they're "sorry and thank you for your patience" so I guess that makes up for the money I'm losing

The Monzo bank app is so easy to use. Instant notifications on your spending are helpful. And receiving notifications of either wages going in or payments due out make your money easier to manage. Incentives for using Monzo are varied and very welcome.

In this age where I see big bank apps and their function, monzo to me stood out having such a great UI and features, feels like you are having a talk with one of the agents if there are queries to sort out in app, overall good experience and nice work Monzo Team!!

My experience with monzo.
I've had zero issues in my time banking with monzo. On top of that, they have a very useful feature, where if i accidentally send money to the wrong person, they give you a small window to cancel the transfer. Very consumer friendly.
