Helping my son with a garden paving job & popped in to buy a few bits from his local B&Q in Hemel. As always - great friendly service from the staff & the bits that we brought were available & reasonably priced. I’m sure that we will be back to buy more as the project progresses.

Had to get French doors replaced after a break in - asked Ruislip Windows & Doors for a quote after we were impressed with other works they had completed for us. Once again they didn’t disappoint - Tom ( their fitter) did a superb job. The new door match the old ones & look fantastic. The securely system is also a lot better. We really couldn’t have asked for better service & at such a good price. We will certainly be back when our next glazing job comes around.

Our first dealings with Ruislip Windows & Doors & a very good experience throughout. All the staff that we encountered were friendly & very helpful - sharing their knowledge to give us the finished installation that we required. Tom, the window fitter, was excellent & did a fantastic job. We will definitely use Ruislip Windows & Doors again when we next need something double glazing wise. Would certainly recommend.

Wow, what a product & what excellent customer service. Brought this decking brush (with extended handle) so that it made oiling our decking a bit easier. Wow, what a difference it made - the job was a piece of cake using this brush. Excellent quality & would certainly recommend to family & friends.

Went into your Hemel branch looking for shed/fence paint. Asked a colleague for advice & they were very helpful. Brought the recommended paint & the shed now looks fantastic.

What can I say about these guys - exceptional customer service! I was trying to order one of their CD100 units for a Christmas present - out of stock everywhere. Contacted their customer service department & they were so helpful. They gave me a timeline for when stock would be available again & even dropped me an email just before stock started going out to stores. They really couldn’t have been more helpful. I can not thank them enough for their help & would certainly recommend them to family & friends.

Replacing our living room doors &, for us, Todd Doors is always the first place to visit. They keep such a great range of doors & delivery is always amazingly quick. As with previous searches we found just the doors that we were looking for. Great service & delivery was just a few days later. The doors look great & we are really pleased with them.

Another great purchase from Toolstation. They hold a really good stock of tools & DIY products. Our local Toolstation is right next door to Screwfix & often stock items that other DIY stores don’t have in stock.

Another excellent delivery from DPD. They always wait to make sure that you open the door & don’t just leave your parcel on your doorstep.

Came in to buy some rust remover - I enquired whether it was available & whereabouts it was located. The gentleman behind the counter pointed me in the right direction to get it - his directions were spot on!
I said to him that it was excellent customer service (sorely lacking in most stores these days) & I’m happy to repeat that here. I didn’t get his name but he is a shining example of what excellent shop assistance should look like.

The process of ordering this item was extremely easy & it arrived very quickly & well packaged. We haven’t opened the inner package yet as it’s a Christmas present for our son so will update this review once he opens it. So far 11/10!

We brought a rug from Wayfair years ago & we’re looking for a refresh - found this one & it was in the Black Friday sale. Ordering was very easy & delivery communications were excellent. The rug arrived in first class condition & we are very pleased with it - so much so that we actually ordered a second one for an adjacent room.

We were very pleased with the skip that we hired from Proskips. We booked at the last minute once our builder confirmed his availability & the skip was delivered, after quite a few chase up calls, a couple of days later. Collection once we were done was fine. Would certainly hire a skip from Proskips again - it was just a pain getting it delivered.

We are absolutely delighted with the media wall that Complete have just fitted for us. From our first contact with them they have been great with providing help & advice in helping achieve the beautiful media wall that we dreamed of. James & Francesca were superb while we were working up a design from our initial thoughts & then the installation team of Charlie, Sean, Sam & Peter brought the whole thing to life in our living room. Liane was invaluable with her liaison re timings, etc - nothing was too much trouble. The way that they worked to sort out any problem encountered on site was amazing. We are so pleased with the finished unit & will certainly be recommending Complete to family & friends. Do not hesitate to use this company as you will not be disappointed.
