Ordered a replacement freezer drawer front which was supplied as the wrong size for the required model. Contacted ESpares & a pre-paid returns postal label was provided in order to send it back for a refund.
Very quick & no hassle at all.
Have used ESpares before & will certainly order through them again.

Unfortunately last year we had to make a claim against our pet insurance. It was during our first year with Animal Friends & I have to say that they were brilliant. Most importantly their communications were great - letting us know what was going on with our claim, etc. Although our premium increased this year we still wanted to remain with them & would recommend them to other pet owners.

Ordering from Sports Warehouse was very easy & my parcel arrived very quickly after I placed the order. There were tracking notifications on the parcel which were excellent.
Unfortunately the quality of the balls which I ordered for our Cub Pack were not brilliant & I really can't see them lasting very long - which is a real shame.

We are absolutely delighted with our new staircase. Ordering from Stairfurb was very easy & straightforward. Communications were good & their courier delivery service was excellent. The order was slightly delayed as their quality control picked up an issue with one of our items. The delivery was made a few days later. A replacement item had to be made & this was received within a few days. We would highly recommend Stairfurb to friends & family without hesitation.

Brought these table top pioneering kits for our Cubs to complete as part of their Pioneering badgework. They are very good but a bit fiddly & take quite a bit of time to construct.
My first attempt at the order went wrong & I lost the order at payment stage & my screen froze. I emailed to get the problem resolved & eventually had to place a second order - Scout Store were very helpful in getting the order sent out to me in time for us to do the activity. Excellent service.

Very pleased with this purchase. As usual with AO the communication about the delivery was excellent, the fact that delivery was earlier than originally expected was well communicated to us.
The goods were unpacked & the packaging g taken away, as was the old fridge freezer. The new one was put in place for us. The delivery driver & his mate were great.

Really pleased with this item. Arrived very quickly & in first class condition. Worked as soon as I popped it into our garden light.

Arrived home to find our shared drain run blocked & our drain overflowing. Phoned at just gone 6pm on a Sunday evening to report the problem - very pleasantly surprised when the Engineer turned up at 9pm to sort the problem - which it did very quickly.

This was the first time that I have used Sports Warehouse but it certainly will not be the last. I found it very easy to find what I was looking for on their website & to place an order.
