I spend a lot of money with TFS on my last order as soon I pressed ok I realised I had not added my free gift and free samples I emailed them & rang them straight away and they said nothing they could do which was really disappointing like they couldn’t have just asked my member account details & posted out ! Anyway, next as a TFS member (which you pay for) I selected next day delivery express as I was going to a party & needed one of the perfumes I ordered for a gift unfortunately this didn’t happen, so I rang and spoke to a call centre customer service person who said oh sorry you need to ring Royal Mail it’s their fault 🤷🏼‍♀️ I asked to speak to a manager and was told yes I could but it will take 72 hrs for a call back absolutely unbelievable! And by the way I’m still waiting 3 days on had no call about 3 times a year I spend over £100 with this company and I will not buy again very unreasonable

Had a leak Easter Monday rang said someone out within 24hrs
It wasn’t a gushing leak so that was ok if was they send someone straight away

Great to fly with Jet2 the only thing that annoys me is when I’ve booked extras like paying a lot to pre book seats on every holiday I’ve booked with them they have changed my seats I understand that planes change etc but I think they should say pre booked seats not available until a date that they have confirmed the plane ie book flights visits back on (then give a date) to add seat’s, as it’s just so annoying when you have paid the extra and still get moved and then last time I had to pay extra again
