Pessima esperienza,
Pessima esperienza arrivati al banco all'aeroporto di Edimburgo un addetto, preventivamente addestrato, da prima risulta essere molto gentile ed amichevole ma subito dopo inizia a creare una serie di problemi circa la prenotazione fatta con Vip Cars. Inizialmente ci viene detto che il prezzo pagato è troppo basso, successivamente che il nome sulla mia carta di credito è sbagliato (falso) ed infine che la mia banca di emissione non è conosciuta ad Edimburgo. Conclusione eravamo stanchissimi ho fatto un nuovo contratto con loro a quattro volte il prezzo e con la carta di credito di mia moglie che è uguale alla mia, stessa banca. Sentiti VIPCars.com mi hanno risposto che loro non sono responsabili e non ho diritto ad alcun rimborso

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced during your rental.
As stated in your rental voucher, a valid credit card in the main driver's name is required to meet the supplier's security deposit requirements. Unfortunately, the card presented did not meet these requirements, so the vehicle could not be released.
In some cases, suppliers may offer alternative options to accommodate a booking, subject to their terms and availability. However, we are unable to override the supplier's requirements.
We truly regret the inconvenience caused and sincerely apologize for your experience.
