VipCars ha annullato la prenotazione dopo 5 giorni.
Dopo 5 giorni di attesa , due richieste (in chat) di chiarimenti in merito al mancato invio del voucher di prenotazione, e rassicurazione da parte di VipCars che: "Le assicuro che non avrà alcun problema e se il fornitore non accetta le prenotazioni, La assisteremo con i veicoli alternativi con l'altro fornitore", voi annullate la prenotazione???
Servizio veramente PESSIMO!!
Spero almeno di ricevere il rimborso nei tempi indicati.
P.S.
L'auto in oggetto prenota tramite voi, al contrario di quanto dite, la vedo ancora disponibile.

Mai più. Noleggiato un' auto per una settimana per Naxos. Atterrati siamo stati contattati dicendo che l' auto aveva un problema. Alla mia richiesta di trovarmi una alternativa, siamo stati completamente abbandonati all' aeroporto e costretti a prendere un taxi per l' hotel, per poi cercare un altra auto a noleggio. Aggiornamento: il pomeriggio stesso sono stato contattato dall' agenzia locale( mi hanno detto che c'era stato un disguido col broker) che mi ha portato un'auto direttamente in hotel
