My wife and I have been 48 customers…

My wife and I have been 48 customers for a few years now and are very happy with the service provided, have never had any problems whatsoever, €12.99 per month for unlimited calls texts and 5G mobile broadband is excellent value and no annual rip - off price increases. We'll done 48.

Excellent service very happy with…

Excellent service very happy with purchase, dropped one star for length of time it took the Europe's slowest courier company GLS to deliver the package. They must have took it on a sight seeing tour of europe before I received it.

Purchased a TV online to be delivered…

Purchased a TV online to be delivered to my sister in Dublin, entered her address in the delivery details, luckily I checked the online receipt which had my own address down for the delivery, had to ring them to correct their error. They also told me the old TV would be picked by the courier for recycling who arrived without any notification from Soundstore luckily my sister was in but the courier refused to take away the old TV so I rang Soundstore again but was fobbed off by some unpleasant person. This is the second and last time I will purchase anything from Soundstore. AVOID them unless you want a load of hassle
