Not happy with my experience at all. While we were treated well in store and the staff was very helpful, the laptop I wanted was out of stock. They told us they would have it by next Thursday (in 5 days). I received no call or text as promised and seeing as I had just moved away to college my father tried to collect it in person. They said they would not have it till the following Monday, the Monday I start college. This is not good enough especially considering we told them I was starting college the Monday and needed it by then. They had to give us someone else’s laptop and ‘hope’ they would not come in looking for it. Now the laptop itself is acting up, possibly not even working. Overall very disappointed

While Mr. Abo is a competent & friendly salesman but I'd prefer if he had mentioned that the Samsung Galaxy laptop I purchased was last year's model (2025).

Ken at Harvey Norman’s in Naas was very helpful and really went out of his way to make the experience less stressful. He recommended the beds and wardrobe that we bought and I’d definitely recommend Naas and Ken in particular to anyone looking to furnish their bedrooms.

Paul & Jamie installed our fridge & freezer - it was a tricky install with the set-up we have but they went above and beyond to make it work. Absolute legends! We are very grateful.

Goran the Manager in The Drogheda branch was extremely helpful in fulfilling my order. There had been some miscommunication about the availability of the computer monitor I had found online but Goran went above and beyond to fix the mistake and I went home very happy and with a great product. Great commitment to Customer care and relationship. I would go out of my way to purchase products from the Drogheda branch based on the care I received even though this branch h is out of my way.

David was fantastic. So knowledgeable and helpful. We bought our new tumble dryer from him. He was able to answer all our questions and helped us find the perfect dryer for our needs. Highly recommend!

He was absolutely excellent his knowledge of all things technical was second to none. His attention to ensuring my problem was fixed and his customer service skills are also excellent. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Also prompt aftercare. Tony Anthony assisted me in choosing the furniture and went beyond the call of duty. The delivery service was done by 2 lads,Brendan and Utmann, who were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Delivery was within the time frame they gave me too. Overall, I would highly recommend Harvey Norman.

I was helped by Bridget in the photo section of the galway shop today. She was very pleasant and gave great customer service to me and to all other customers that came along while I was there. If she had not been there I would not have been able to manage the technology.
