The staff were totally switched off, I guess its probably the norm in retail.
I can understand that its a pretty uninspiring and unrewarding environment to work in.

Two members of staff were very helpful a young man (David) when I was looking for a Chromebook and a young lady when looking at vacuum cleaners. Both gave concise advice and attention.

My dishwasher stopped working, so I shopped for a new one online. I tried AO and Curry's, prices were the same, so I chose Curry's, and booked with free delivery but paid installation cost of £115, but then strangely a further £20 for delivery.

The delivery/installation guys turned as planned. They didn't explain what they were doing exactly, but after a few issues, it was installed. They seemed a nice pair of guys, and seemed competent.

After they left, we filled the sink with hot water. We had not realised that they had turned off the cold water feed to our mixer tap, so it was very hot water. They had left with the cold water switched off.

We emptied the sink, but had not realised that having disconnected our drain plumbing, they had not reconnected it, and the hot water from the sink emptied into our cupboard and out over the kitchen floor. Our cupboard is now damaged by the leaked hot water.

I called Curry's and reported that I need the damage inspected and the plumbing checked. I did try to reassemble the drain plumbing but I am far from being a plumber.

For 5 days now we have had a bowl under the numbing to catch any further leaks. In 4 days I have heard nothing from Curry's, although I have made 3 phone calls totalling 90 minutes, trying to get something done. They were supposed to call within 24-72 hours, but now they tell me that the 72 hours starts on the day after I called.

It is impossible to speak to anyone who can actually do anything. All I can get is a call centre in India, who are powerless to do anything, and are actually pretty rude.

I wish I had gone with AO.

The member of staff in the store was friendly and polite.
I was contacted the day before with a time slot and on the day I received a call to say delivery was in 15 to 10 minutes.
Both delivery men were cheerful, polite and helpful.

Like exercise bike and could pick up quickly and performs well but picking up was a nightmare as couldn’t find it and waited a very long time

site did not state item not in stock only on confirmation email did it say delivery within 3 weeks - tried to call the store at 9 o'clock to swap for another machine -tried 4 times - no-one answered- had to cancel order and obtain from a different store

Staff very helpful

It would be 0 if I could. I have been trying to speak to an agent about recycling but I have more chance of reaching the moon. I have telephoned and tried every option and have been cut off 6 times. Absolutely dreadful service.

The thing that made it great was the staff they were incredibly awesome especially the worker named Abdullah. Abdullah was really kind and was amazing.

Abby was a great help very polite very professional and she made me laugh and it was because of her. I brought an electric fireplace.
