Damaged frozen food parcel box which…

Damaged frozen food parcel box which which has damaged and tapped up with DPD tape with frozen food goods within it.
The driver must of yet again been in a hurry as nobody was present when the door was answered just the damaged box on our door step, so nothing was able to be noted on delivery.

Left on doorstep, did not ring bell

The driver did not ring the bell. We were in.
The package was left right in the middle of the door step for everyone to see. We are a busy road so anyone could have taken it.
I also nearly fell over it when I went out the door as I wasn't expecting it to be there.

Not delivered, marked as delivered, no way to report it missing

I was expecting a delivery between 1:30pm - 2:30pm, which should fit through my letterbox (though I was/am at home anyway).

No sign by 2:40pm, and when I went to my emails to check the tracking information, there is none, just a request to leave this review. Wish granted.

I had no phone calls, and none of the surrounding neighbours have seen any sign of it.

There's no apparent mechanism via either the seller or DPD, to report it hasn't been delivered...and it was an expensive item.
