Outstanding service

Outstanding service. I bought a motorbike helmet at a local shop. I was unable to carry it home as I was on my bicycle. The parcel was delivered to my house by the following morning before 9am.

Normally pretty good but

Normally pretty good but, latest deliveries have been a bit hit and miss. Last one contained 18 of 19 packages.
Time before that the driver felt he was within his rights to open the front door and let himself in.

DPD drop the ball, again.

A large package containing alcohol was just left outside the door.
Luckily I was in but the driver knocked once quickly and immediately left.
Poor, if I wasn't in anyone could have just picked it up, including kids.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I…

I normally don’t leave reviews but I wanted to this time so DPD appriciates the great efforts of people they employ. My parcel was extremely heavy and the delivery man very kindly agreed to bring the box inside the house for me rather then dropping it outside, where I would have struggled to lift it and bring in myself. Very greatfull. Thank you very much. It’s the kind people like that that make a difference.
