I opened a duvet set that was ripped and then told I can’t replace or refund because it’s opened. But could never know of the issue before opening it. Poor manufacturing, bad quality product, and a policy that’s against the customer

Looks good but instructions are poor
I think that this cooker hood is good value.
However, don’t attempt to fit this unless you have reasonable engineering skills and can figure things out yourself.
The instructions are terrible and sometimes inaccurate.
This company needs to invest in much better documentation. Otherwise there will be a lot of hassle and units sent back.
I got there in the end and it looks good.

Item had to be returned as it was not needed by the person I bought for

I’m extremely impressed with Samsungs products I purchased thanks to Argos, I was a tad dubious about purchasing the Samsung soundbar & subwoofer as the price was a bargain but my goodness it’s fantastic, also the Samsung 65” 4K tv as my tv had broken a few months ago, & a big change with the Samsung tv but again it’s amazing! Everything is on point! & beyond my expectations both add to an impressive experience indeed! Very impressed!

misleading same day collection option
I think it is really misleading advertising something as same day collection and then send a message at 22.17, almost 20min after the store has closed thay you can go and pick up your order. That is clearly not same day but next day.
