Delivery guys, very helpful and fitted the appliances without any drama, will definitely use this service again by far the best out there.

The fitter was a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with, on time, and went above and beyond to provide an excellent service

Not sure of the gentleman’s name but he was super helpful efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend Powercity and this service, from Adam in the Swords store to delivery . Excellent all round.

Everything was smooth and straight forward. Guys took my old cooker back, we were told in advance to prepare cash. Delivery man was very polite and call few minutes in advance. Seriously save Yourself hassle of doing it Yourself.

The 2 lads were friendly, efficient and had the old oven out in minutes, new oven in and handed me the instructions. They took away old oven and cardboard for recycling.

An absolute gentleman , nothing was a problem he adjusted the area for fitting , Nothing was a problem , 100% ,delivery , very happy ,

This is the second time your installer has delivered appliances to our home. The first installation of a dish washer he did not hard wire the appliance.

Today he unpacked a expensive oven in the truck before it was brought into our home, with the risk of damaging it. He then proceeded to not hardwire the oven to the mains, I asked him to correct what he was doing as this can affect the oven long term and installation warranty usually insist on a hardwire to the socket directly and lot by a means of a connector.

When he did it properly it took exactly 5 minutes.

He then proceeded to not finish the installation and left the oven unscrewed as there is a mm of difference between the counter top preventin a full slot in. He could have removed and took out the bottomed plate to install but instead created a scene that the oven wouldn’t work and that you wouldn’t take it back etc

I suggest that this installer is most unprofessional in everything he does. He is lazy, rushed, dirty and not coherent in his approach to his job. He is disrespectful of people’s home environment, and put his drill on an expensive antique table without a thought. He bulldozed the appliance through a tight corner without regard to the appliance or my hard wood floors and furniture.

This is shocking service.

Delivery Man was friendly and helpful. Despite the machine being in the basement and a tight fit through the door ,he made no fuss and got on with the job with his helper. Couldn't have been more courteous ,excellent job.

The delivery team were great. Friendly and took everything in their stride. The install was not as easy as most, but the guys sorted it out and were happy about it.

Dishwasher was delivered during alloted time window and was promptly and efficiently installed. The old machine and all packaging was removed.

Phone 30 minutes before arrival which was great, arrived on time and was extremely professional. Done a great job very clean and tidy and even though it was awkward to fit they fitted it perfectly. Would highly recommend and will 100% deal again.

Bought an electric hob online from Powercity, customer service were fast to respond to an inquiry I had (well done powercity help desk) Had it delivered and installed today by the extremely competent and helpful Mick. He went above and beyond with the removal of my old hob and the installation of my new one. Five starts for Micheál 👍
