So friendly and helpful, keen for us to use the app for offers and bargains and so kind to our dog Bonnie. She had a fabulous grooming here, came back smelling gorgeous and coat, nails and ears are neat and clean. Five Stars!!

EXTREMELY Poor customer service
I had an appointment for today 15 July 26 at 4 30pm. This was then cancelled on me. The excuae was that they had tried to phone me but got no reply. I had one missed call from them yesterday but I then tried contacting them later. They must have been closed and there was no facility to leave a message. I am disgusted with this place. I made the appointment on 8 July and was not told that this was an "unconfirmed" appointment. No customer service or concern for pets shown in my dealings with them.
