Easy to use ordering system (pity my birdseed product is not one of those on repeat order system), very quick processing, arrives in days on the doorstep, great value ... what more is there to great service. And any time I have called on the phone, very pleasant to deal with!

Products arrived quickly and as ordered. My only “complaint” is that the cat tree did not have assembly instructions. It was easy enough to put together from the picture but find the picture took a little effort. Overall very pleased and will use again.

The cage itself was lovely. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. I recommend having it delivered to the store, since you need a cage to buy the pet anyway. After nearly two weeks, we are still waiting for a replacement and for someone to pick up the damaged one; everything is moving a bit slowly.

Love the selection of vegan doggie kibble, particularly Hownd. My dog loves it and his coat has never looked so lustrous.
