Terrible support service.
I spent 2 days trying to get the service up and running. First they wouldn't give me their latest package because the sim card I bought had been purchased, but never activated before the start of the offer. Then I bought a new sim in Dealz which I eventually managed to set up after many many communications, getting different info each time. Terrible terrible support. No facility to talk to a person. Finally have it set up.

Service is terrible
Service is terrible, customer service seems to be all bot, I eventually managed to speak to human, who told me he could not or would not? Help me as I did not have additional needs. I will be switching both phones I have with 48 to another provider as soon as I can.

Worst for EU/UK roaming
Worst for EU/UK roaming. It does not work correctly with their partners. It is hard to use in major locations like Scotland, Paris, Barcelona, and other EU cities
