Her Customer service skills are excellent and she is definitely a staff member that others should look to on how to deal with customers. Broadband service not up to my expectations.
Broadband service not up to my expectations. Got a 1Gb supply, generally not a stable connection, provides only averages of 150Mb, sometimes less.
This impacts on the TV viewing, dropping signals. I am tied into a 2yr contract since May 2026.
