So I order a phone and the phone went to Spain instead to my country. I sent an email to Csmobiles they said that they will look at it but they didn't reach back .

Everything on time and like advertised. Moreover, correct packaging.

It's the second time that I order a mobile true Csmobiles. Still very satisfied of the serious and the delay of delivery. I recommend, attractive price and reliable.

I was a bit hesitant when I ordered the VIVO X 300 FE smartphone from CS Mobiles on 05/07/2026 as a birthday gift for my daughter from Italy. However, I was absolutely delighted to receive the smartphone in my hands on 14/07/2026, exactly ten days from the date of order.

Furthermore, their neat and secure packaging was excellent. The VIVO X 300 FE smartphone came in the original manufacturing box of the VIVO company, which clearly proves the authenticity and reliability of CS Mobiles. Also, compared to other companies, they offer high-quality, original products at very affordable prices. Overall, their service is highly efficient, genuine, and trustworthy, and they truly deserve appreciation for this.

However, I would like to point out two areas that need improvement:

1] Significant delay in dispatching products: It takes too long for them to ship the items.

2] Poor customer service communication: They do not provide proper updates via email after a purchase is made. To check any status updates, customers have to log into their website, which is unfortunately not very user-friendly.

It would be highly beneficial if they could focus on improving these two aspects. It is solely due to these two reasons that I am unable to give a 5-star rating. Thank you for your quality service.

Extremely long processing & delivery time, product arrived as hoped but I would prefer to be warned about such a long lead time before ordering.

I ordered the new Xiaomi 17T Pro in BLUE from CSMobiles after first contacting them through their website on 28TH JUNE. They replied to my email within a few hours, which gave me confidence to place the order.

On 30TH JUNE, I ordered the phone and my payment was confirmed. However, on 1ST JULY, I received an email stating that my order could not be shipped due to stock issues and asking if I would accept the BLACK version instead.

I replied that I specifically wanted the BLUE model, and they said they would ship it once it was back in stock. Since then, I have sent a follow-up email but have received no response.

On 2ND JULY, I requested a refund. Several hours later, I still had not received any reply or update. To make matters more frustrating, I checked their website and found that the exact same Blue model could still be added to the cart and taken all the way through the checkout process, although at a slightly higher price. That raises serious questions about their stock management and communication.

At this point, I'm very disappointed with the lack of updates and customer service. I simply want either a prompt refund or a clear update on when my order will be fulfilled.

Potential buyers should exercise caution. If I continue to receive no response, I am prepared to escalate the matter through the appropriate channels.

I will update this review if CSMobiles resolves the issue by either refunding my money promptly or fulfilling my order as promised.

Delivery service to be disappointing, more than 4 weeks to deliver from Spain to Ireland and parcel was left on front doorstep unattended ,the delivery man didn't bother to ring the bell at the door even though I was at home all day.

Delivery takes a little bit longer. I was wary but it was completely unfounded. The phone delivered on within the delivery period and exactly as ordered. The price was worth the extra wait. Very happy with the service. No issues.
