They sent the wrong product but when I phoned, they apologised and sent the correct one by overnight delivery. Mistakes can always happen, it's how you put it right that counts, and they were superb.

Excellent very well designed and sturdy products. Better quality than many I've looked at, albeit at a higher price.

The website says the speedometer works with positive or negative earth, but the instructions supplied said negative earth only. The manufacturers confirmed the speedometer would work with positive or negative earth but digital-speedos had sent the wrong instructions. The sensor was supplied with no instructions for wiring it. I telephoned to speak about it and left a message but nobody phoned back. I returned the item for a refund which I'm entitled to under the distance selling regulations and the seller told me they would deduct 10% restocking charge, which isn't legal. Beware.

They stock a good range of products but absolutely no spare parts. If the tiniest thing goes wrong, your entire mirror or cabinet has to go to recycling and you have to buy a new one. This is not good for the planet or the customer.

There are a good selection of cottages available and the website makes it easy to filter for your specific requirements. The information is presented clearly with plenty of photographs.

Expert repair of an old folding camera shutter. Service wasn't cheap but quality of work was good and it was nice to receive a case for the camera which they added at no charge. Turn around was quick and communication clear.

Booking was easy, the parcel was collected promptly and delivered the next day even though I had paid for the 48 hour service.

Good range of products but web site does not integrate properly with "verified by Visa" causing errors when paying. There is then an error message telling me to call Victorian Plumbing on a number they no longer use. Come on guys, the message on the web site should have been changed when you stopped using the number, this sort of sloppiness doesn't inspire confidence.

The support provided is superb. I don't often need to contact Elephant Drive but when I do I receive a prompt, helpful and well-informed reply. It is very unusual to receive such a personal service these days, and the backup service provided is also very reliable.

The basic internet security software works well without too much impact on the performance of the PC. The password vault is, however, dreadful. It is full of bugs, it suggests passwords when you create accounts which it then can't remember, it pops up a box asking if you want to edit a log in but the box doesn't respond when you click on it. When I report these problems, ESET expect me to install diagnostic software, take videos of it happening etc etc. That's not how it works, if I'm paying for a service I don't expect to have to do the donkey work when the problems I'm reporting are repeatable and frequent. Now looking for alternatives.

Sheets were accurately and neatly cut. Packaging was robust and well thought out to ensure the sheets arrived undamaged. Delivery was reasonably quick too. Recommended.
