I ordered a sheet of glass on 9th July and paid for express delivery expecting to receive it by 13th July. It never arrived. I chased and as was told it would be dispatched soon, but no expected delivery date was offered. When I tried to contact the company again I could not get hold of anyone an no-one returned my calls or emails. I then requested to cancel the order. I got an email acknowledging my request today (23rd July ) and saw the status of my order is ON HOLD so I still don't know what I can expect.

Ordered 6 sheets of acrylic for picture frames for an exhibition. When I opened package four did not have blue peel off protection on one side and were marked making them unfit for purpose. Raised a ticket 5 days ago, phoned and left message, emailed and phoned again today not answered. Too late now for exhibition. No response when I emailed it was urgent. Won't use this company again.

I ordered the cut to size melamine sheet and kept it in the box until the day I had workers in to fit it. When taking it out of the box all the corners were damaged, I had no choice but to carry on with fitting it as it had to be done by a deadline.
I took pictures of the damaged and emailed it over to customer services.
They replied saying it had been forwarded onto the investigations team and I would hear back from them within 2 working days, that was almost 2 weeks ago and I’ve had no communication from the company.
I feel this is terrible customer support.

Review as currently experienced. Ordered 20 cut to size polycarbonate sheets. now some 10 days ago, apart from an order conformation no further information. Telephone is not being answered, no response to e mails, or the on line chat service. Not concerned, yet. Will be soon.

Goods have arrived so increased from 1 to 4 stars, would have been 5 if communication was better.

Not received items.

1 Star – Avoid This Company at All Costs

I ordered a glass sheet on June 9th and, more than a month later, I still haven’t received it.

After waiting two weeks with no delivery or any communication, I emailed customer support. They apologised and told me that my order had been passed to the production team and that it would be dispatched within five working days. I waited patiently, but nothing arrived.

I contacted them again and, on July 7th, received an email saying, “The delayed delivery was sent in today.” They then claimed that my delivery address was missing. I replied immediately with my full address.

Since then, I have sent three follow-up emails asking for an update and have received absolutely no response. Today is July 17th, and it has been well over a month since I placed my order.

I have also tried calling their phone number multiple times, but nobody answers.

This is by far one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. The company has shown complete disregard for its customers through poor communication, broken promises, and unacceptable delays. There has been no proactive effort to resolve the issue or even respond to my emails.

If you value your time and money, avoid this company at all costs. I would never order from them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. DO NOT USE. After 8 days order still not dispatched (despite 3-5 day delivery time stated). When I rang to ask for an update on the the order, the person I was speaking to ('Melody' apparently) spent the whole conversation in hysterical laughter with someone else laughing in the background. Periodically she simply cut the line dead. Presumably to do more laughing. 'Melody' wouldn't help with any of my questions, simply saying "we've already refunded you the maximum amount" in reference to a discount code I had used. When I pointed out that a discount code is not a refund she burst into hysterical laughter again. Absolute jokers. I have cancelled my order - I anticipate having to fight (or put up with hysterical laughter) to get my money back but I definitely will. Do not use these timewasters.

Ordered worktop 5th July , finally got a delivery date after sending emails. The delivery date as now go and still nothing. Further emails and phone calls ignored.

I ordered 6 plastic roofing sheets a month ago. I paid £221 which included £15.99 for a 3 to 5 day delivery time. They never appeared when they should have done, so I called over the course of a day and never got through. Emailed, and a ticket was raised. But still nothing. Eventually got through on the phone only to be told my order was a shambles as it had been sent without delivery labels on and they were waiting on it coming back. She told me that if it didn't come back by the next day, she would reorder it as a priority and get it sent. That was 12 days ago. Wish I had gone somewhere else, I have a workman waiting on these to finish a job and they haven't acknowledged my last email.

Absolutely first class service for a high quality product. What a great find this company is. I needed a made-to- measure circular piece of acrylic for an antique clock to stand on which has angular feet. This piece of acrylic is perfect to prevent any damage being done to the surface on which the clock will be resting.

I was also impressed with the way the sheet was packaged so that it couldn't be damaged in transit.

Would highly recommend Plastic Sheets and I am sure that I will be using them again in the future.

However, that is all the praise Plastic Sheets deserve. As every time I receive an order from them, something is always wrong with the product. Either the holes aren’t drilled properly or a corner hasn’t been cut. Very disappointing!

Product was fine. But I ordered 95mm x 53mm instead of in cm! My fault. But that would have fitted in a normal envelope sent 2nd class! Instead I was charged £4.95 for shipping and postage plus VAT. Hence only 3 out of 5 stars

I ordered a piece of birch plywood online and it asked for the measurements in mm so my piece was 460x660 with 10mm radius corners. When i got the wood it didn't look right so i checked the paperwork and they had converted the measurements to cm so it was 46x66 but they did the radius corners at 10cm instead of 1cm so it was the complete wrong shape.

After speaking with Reception they have issued a resend with the correct measurements but its going to be over a week till i get my new piece which i find ridiculous considering they have made the mistake. Usually there is more urgency from companies I've used in the past as they want to make amends but instead i get an email asking to complete a review of my experience, so here it is.

After receiving my replacement it was exactly the same as first piece with the same dimensions. Luckily for me i spoke to a nice chap called Ian and he managed to put me in a brand new order and made sure the dimensions were correct. Unfortunately that means another week wait till i get my item, hopefully this time it will be correct but it still means that i have been waiting over 3 weeks to complete my project.

First time have experience to buy from plastic sheets.com order my stuff more than 3 weeks ago when ever am call to them ask when gona deliver every time give new date so finally at the end cancel my order never do shop from them waisting time thanks

I was needing two panes of glass for an outhouse window. It’s been a long time since wanting cut glass. Where do you go these days ? Online was my first thought, and came across Plasticsheets.com. It all seemed very easy. Send the dimensions you want and it’s posted to you. No it’s not glass but it does the the job. It’s stronger, as clear, and actually safer to work with. No I didn’t price around to compare. It was so convenient and I didn’t think it was expensive, especially for the convenience. I’m well pleased with it and wouldn’t hesitate in using this service again. Speak as you find. Thanks.

I'm delighted with the plastic sheet. It was an excellent price and I was pleased that it was cut to size for no extra charge. It was well packaged and was perfectly clear.
