Was impressed at the quick response to my email. Bit disappointed that the plan looks to be universal one and not to each individual needs as made to believe. But worth giving it a try, I am 78 relatively fit but found day 2 extremely challenging. I will take onboard their help and see how I get on.

Received a very prompt response & although my system was out of warranty they confirmed that a new part would be sent free of charge! Isn’t it nice when the experience outshines the expectations. I sent my iPad on a Monday to have the battery replaced. I was surprised to receive the iPad back on the Wednesday. I have never used MED Repairs before but was influenced by the very competitive prices & the promise of a speedy service. It’s so good when your expectations are exceeded by the actual experience. On this basis I would definitely use MED Repairs again & would definitely recommend them

On entering the store we were met by Lisa, the store manager. She listened to what we required & then proceeded to advise us on the range of beds which would suit our requirements. Her knowledge of her product range was excellent

Once our choice was made the paperwork was quickly completed & both finance & delivery arranged.

Good prices compared to other sites

Booked a competitive airline ticket to USA & a rental car for 3 weeks. When we arrived at the Alamo desk in Newark Airport we were told our contract had been cancelled. As we arrived at night we could not contact Flight Centre so had to take another car for 24 hours pending contacting them. Spoke to our agent in the morning who could not explain the error & had to give us a new contract. This required us to return to Newark to collect the correct car. We booked a Premium car but none were available so we had to take a smaller model. I am assured my extra costs would be refunded on my return but it really spoilt the start to my holiday
