Staff really know their stuff!
Staff are very knowledgeable, even the trainee we saw on our previous visit, they are not pushy as in some bed retailers, but they pointed out discounts and all the options. Very happy with the service.

Mattress Purchase, Birkenshaw Branch
We purchased the bed from the Birkenshaw store, Uddingston. We were helped by Linda. She listened to what we needed as the bed was for our son with additional needs. She gave us options and didn't pressure us to buy at any point. We returned later that day with our son to try the bed which analysed pressure points. Everything was calm and friendly. We were very supported to make the right decision re a mattress and Linda had obviously thought about our son's needs between visits as she suggested the bed cover to protect the mattress.
