Fantastic company from start to finish
Fantastic company from start to finish. Katie provided great advice on the bed headboard on the Manhattan frame & was grateful to have this as all discussed on the phone as no showroom to view products. Also gave good tips on mattress choice & the Chicago 3000 medium is such good quality & just the right firmness.
To say the beds & mattresses are all handmade & delivered within 10 days is wonderful service.
Delivery team were also punctual, clean & assembled the bed quickly, for which we were very grateful.
All in all great service & quality. Would highly recommend this company & use again.

Uncomfortable mattress / good bed frame
Bed was delivered on time and set up. Nice frame. I bought an additional mattress for another bed. Initially it was comfortable but after about a month it began to sink and sag…..as did the other mattress. Was advised by the team this mattress was on the firmer side, so opted for it, which was not the case as now after less than a month of use there is a dip in both mattresses. Called the company, but it was suggested it was not a fault with the mattress,and it is not covered by the warranty. so I had no recourse. So I am left with an uncomfortable mattress I am unable to use - now looking for a replacement. Money wasted. I would advise others to think carefully about buying a mattress online, rather to try it out in store.

Side panel problem
Ordered a king size 2026 Jersey bed with ottoman storage on 28 Jun. Delivery was quick on 4 Jul. However when I started the assembly on 5 Jul, I immediately found that the screw holes on one of the side panel was not aligned (there are 4 holes to hold the mechanism for lifting the slatted bed base). Reported the issue by email and customer services arranged a replacement. When replacement received on 9 Jul, this time both side panels have the same problem. Called customer services immediately and she arranged another replacement with free assembly service to rectify the situation. Replacement delivered on 16 Jul and the engineer assembled the bed.
I will give a 5-star to the customer services, which efficiently and professionally handled the case. However, in terms of the quality I am a bit disppointed because drilling 4 holes on a straight line to hold the mechanism should be a basic thing (yet important).
