Excellent customer services
Ordered a king size 2026 Jersey bed with ottoman storage on 28 Jun. Delivery was quick on 4 Jul. However when I started the assembly on 5 Jul, I immediately found that the screw holes on one of the side panel was not aligned (there are 4 holes to hold the mechanism for lifting the slatted bed base). Reported the issue by email and customer services arranged a replacement. When replacement received on 9 Jul, this time both side panels have the same problem. Called customer services immediately and she arranged another replacement with free assembly service to rectify the situation. Replacement delivered on 16 Jul and the engineer completed the bed assembly in a professional manner.
Though there is issue with my order, the customer services handled my case efficiently and professionally. After my feedback to PSCL Beds, the company took proactive action to review the case, and even implemented new process to securely installed the lifting mechanism to the side panels before delivery to make sure everything will work. Not every company in the market take care of customer feedback and experience so well, which turned my case into a satisfactory one.

I am absolutely delighted with this bed frame. The design is beautiful and has completely transformed my bedroom. It sits perfectly in the middle of the room and creates a real statement piece. It looks especially stunning at night, giving the room a luxurious feel.
I am so happy that I chose this design. The quality is excellent, and it looks exactly as pictured. The bed was delivered on time, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.
The delivery team were very polite and well-mannered. One thing I really appreciated was that they took their shoes off at the door without being asked, which showed great respect for my home. They assembled the bed professionally and very quickly, and everything was completed to a high standard.
