It was very easy to order what I required / and delivery was on time and item put in a safe place as requested.

Strangely, my visit to the Leamington spa branch was purely accidental. I'm 67 and have lived locally to Leamington spa for all those years. For some unknown reason, I thought Robert Dyas was an expensive shop that I simply didn't require in my life. What a pleasant surprise when I walked in and realised I was so, so wrong. I'm still baffled as to where on earth I got my impressions from. If you haven't been in . . . .go now.

Great garden chairs which were very reasonably priced they arrived very quickly despite it being a bank holiday. Chairs were very challenging to put together but we got there in the end. I’m very happy with them they look lovely and are very comfortable.

Poor attempt to deliver, left at another house not my address.
Delivery company stated case closed when contacted as they could not confirm the house the driver dropped it at, and I would need to contact the company I purchased it from not them.

Easy to find what I was looking for, easy to navigate around the store. Assistant jumped on the till to serve me as the other assistant was tied up with another customer. Very efficient and friendly, transaction smooth.

This is an excellent company, with a huge range of quality stock instore and online. For bulkier or heavier items I often use the excellent delivery service but also use the stores in Witney or Oxford. Now that the superb hardware store in Chipping Norton has closed at the end of its lease, I do wish Robert Dyas would open a branch here.

Good price. There are a couple of small concerns with the bookshelf, but at the price they can be overlooked.
