I ordered gift boxes of toiletries for Christmas presents. The gift boxes arrived damaged, but as the contents were not damaged I wasn’t offered a refund or exchange.

Always great, easy to order and they always deliver on time no problem with Debenhams .

item just wasn't delivered then the customer service was so incredibly poor

Item missing from my order and customer service department refuses to address the issue. Very disappointed and they e lost me as a customer.

I am very impressed! First I couldn’t order what I want. I have been notified when the item was available again. Bought it and was delivered really quickly. Excellent pair of boots, very comfy and excellent service.

Thought i ordered everything for next day delivery but part of the order came next day and the other a week later. Which was annoying as they should make it more clearer at the payment stage. Any how I got over that quickly but unfortunately received my other half of my order today and it’s not the colour I ordered. I won’t be doing any further orders online with Debenhams as it’s more hassle than it’s worth. I normally order from another online department store which are always on point. Their website is clear, the whole process is perfect from start to finish and every single time you get what you order. Thought i would try Debenhams. I will say the updates are good, my first order came but I obviously had to pay more for dpd, but that’s fine. They are always on point also but the ordering and their partners seem to be the problem.

I got the wrong item twice

Worst ever customer service, first time ever returning something to debenhams and will be the last time i purchase as a regular customer. Refunds take forever. Being told they have only received one when there is two and even have the tracking number. It’s been a whole nightmare and wont be getting my customer service again!!

I love debenhams clothing always look elegant.

I purchased an exercise bike believing being supplied by Debenhams it would be an ideal purchase. There was a massive discount which should have rang alarm bells. Bike arrived and despite being advertised as one size, was basically a Childs exercise bike. Unstable unsafe . Unable to connect instrumentation re blood pressure etc. The bike is supplied by an external partner. Poor quality not fit for purpose.

No where to return the goods. No human being able to contact. Delayed to get back any response. Not provided the address to return the items purchased. I have been received an item that I did not order. Very poor customer services. Advised to avoid using it

One of my jumpers wasnt received and it has been a nightmare trying to get it sorted out. My last email was sent yesterday tio have a replacement sent and I havent had a reply to this. This is the first time i have had a problem with a delivery from Debenhams.
