Disappointed
On a positive note, the chair I purchased arrived quickly and was well packaged. However:
1. The chair is advertised as beige. It is actually light cream.
2. The chair looks fine from a distance but is not well finished. If I’d seen this in a store I would not have purchased it.
3. The chair did not come with the necessary fire labels.
Unfortunately, my husband assembled the chair in my absence and destroyed the packaging! Otherwise I would have returned it.
I contacted Wayfair who tried to resolve the issue without success. I was offered 20% discount which I declined.

Same item cheaper on temu
I found the item cheaper by a total of £50 (£25 per item) cheaper on temu. I will not be buying from wayfair again very disappointed with the pricing

I ordered 2 chairs. One of them the holes didnt line up and will be returned. The other one the ties ripped off the first time i used it and it wasnt very comfortable.

I ordered a garden table and chairs from Wayfair yesterday. Early this morning I realised that I had the wrong measurements for my small patio. In short the set was too big and I cancelled the order. To my dismay, I have just received a message to say that it is too late to cancel. Is there no flexibility? I am 76 years old living in a sheltered housing bungalow which has little storage so I am wondering how I am going to accommodate this order. I am very stressed and will not order from Wayfair in the near future.
