On entering the store we were met by Lisa, the store manager. She listened to what we required & then proceeded to advise us on the range of beds which would suit our requirements. Her knowledge of her product range was excellent
The range of beds was comprehensive & we soon narrowed down our choice
At no time were we rushed or pressurised. In fact we were encouraged to take our time in making a decision
Once our choice was made the paperwork was quickly completed & both finance & delivery arranged.
We were also impressed with Bensons liason with British Heart Foundation for the collection of our old bed.
