From sleeping at hotels recently I decided that I now liked a rather softer mattress than I have (also from Panda). Had seen excellent reviews so ordered a Panda Topper, also one for my wife.
Ordered on Saturday, arrived on Monday, two days later. That's impressive.
Now sleeping very comfortably.

Appointment slot availability was good.
Engineer remembered installation from last year. He identified a problem and was able to fix it straight away.

It annoys me that I cannot just buy tickets as a one-off transaction. No, they insist on gathering unnecessary information.
Their "answer" does not address the issues I raised.
a) Some of the information they ask for is unnecessary for electronic delivery of tickets.
b) They insist on creating of a membership login. That's unnecessary. If I want each transaction to take a bit longer so they are unable to retain my information, that's my choice.

I have bought and sold photographic stuff on this site several times. Every experience has been straightforward and I have a lot of confidence in the quality of their service and the equipment they sell. I also have confidence that they offer a good price.

I was looking for a bedside alarm clock which had recently been discontinued. I looked around and AVW indicated they had stock remaining. I ordered and paid for Express Shipping (24-48 hours).
It didn't arrive in that time so I contacted them. They responded by saying my order had been raised from "Processing" to "Pending" and later changed it back to "Processing" - no description of what those meant was offered.
After a few more days I checked again and saw the order had disappeared from my account. I emailed them, saying I would start a claim on my credit card if I didn't receive it in 2 days. Only then did they tell me the order was cancelled as they couldn't get stock. They refunded me.

I have Specsavers Advance branded hearing aids. These are rebranded Connexx, a Danish make. Japebo stocks accessories for them and delivery is fast and cheap.

Very quick delivery. Used DPD, a very good delivery company.

Works everywhere I've used it. Rates compare well with credit card. Email notification after every transaction is prompt and useful.

I'm always pleased when a supplier chooses DPD.
Reliable 1 hour window with options in case that's not convenient.

The fact it's all inclusive means that you don't have to worry about what's included or about over-spending.
We've booked two more trips with them for 2026.

The delivery was done quickly and well.
However, they didn't phone us in advance as promised.
This could have been important as the tracking website is poor. While it appears to show the position of the van, this jumps about and it does not indicate how many deliveries they are away.

It just works.
Used the card in several countries, ATMs, shops and restaurants. Never any problem.

This was our 5th trip to Japan with Inside Japan and, like all the others, it was excellently run and took us to many interesting places.

We went to the Staples Corner branch with a fairly good idea of the basic type of sofa we wanted but we were unaware of all the choices and options.
There was a good selection of products and we were able to find what we wanted. Philip led us through the options and left us alone to discuss what we wanted so we didn't feel pressured.
We will need a new mattress soon, will go back.

Minicabit provides a simple and flexible way of finding a ride.
They present a list of alternatives with price and star rating. Once chosen, your contract is with that company, we had good communication and tracking with the one we chose.
I recommend them and will use them again.

Generally smooth experience.
One star removed for confusing (and incorrect) delivery information and substitution of one of the wines, fortunately not the one we were most looking forward to.
While they warn of substitutions, it does create a risk for the purchaser which could be avoided with better stock control / updating the website.

DPD provide a 1-hour delivery slot and usually deliver towards the beginning of that. Friendly and reliable service.
I always feel positive towards suppliers that use them.

The card is widely accepted. I used it in France, Belgium, Spain and Egypt.
It appears to be saving me money.
What's not to like!
