thank you for your feedback, we have taken your comments on board however we are unable to offer credit or refunds on shipping when the item has been delivered. We send full tracking that enables you to see exactly when the carrier will be there and allows you to see what preferences have been set on your account.
Our team have explained this to you via the emails we have been sending and we are sorry that you feel this way, it seems unusual for a carrier to not try your address and proceed direct to a neighbour unless this was set as a preference.
I apologise that we are unable to resolve this in the way you had hoped.

I only received half my order
I only received half my order. Still waiting for an update on the other 12 bottles. Had to go and buy wine for the weekend. Not that pleased.

First class problem resolution
I regularly order from the Wine Flyer and had never had a problem. On this order I was expecting 2 cases but only 1 arrived . The DPD delivery driver said he had seen 2 cases for me 2 days earlier when they were unable to deliver but only 1 was there on delivery. Reporting to The Wine Flyer it was quickly resolved by their friendly support team. Obviously the proof of delivery photo only showed one case. First class and thank you. The proof of good service is when things go wrong but are quicky resolved.

Slow delivery compared with others
Said if I spent over £100 I got free next day delivery but still got charged the postage and it came after the date I really required. I used Avios to pay for some but that shouldn’t make a difference in my opinion. Virgin wines is literally next day with no charge. The selection again wasn’t as good and probably won’t bother again and stick to Virgin but if don’t try you never know

thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that the wines didnt hit the spot for you, I notice you purchased a case where the contents are selected by us, it would be worth looking at selecting your own wines as this way you would have complete control over this, we can even advise which wines to go for if you let us know your budget and tastes.
Relating to thedelivery, we offer free delivery not free next day delivery and we advise this is 3-5 working days so I am afraid this was as we had offered it.
I notice that you used Avios to reduce the payment to under £100, this is why you were charged, this is covered in our terms and FAQ's so apologies if you missed it.
Hopefully you get in touch another time and we can make recommendations and ensure no misynderstandings.

Very Pleased with the Wines.
We ordered a 12-bottle Malbec mixed case, using up some of our Avios for most of the cost. The wine arrived quickly and we're very pleased with the quality of the wines we've tried so far. One criticism is that the wine is grossly over-packaged, especially when compared with Naked Wines, Virgin Wines, Majestic and Laithwaites (which, I understand, has something to do with TWF). Yes, I know it can all be recycled but just the inner packaging holding the bottles takes up a LOT of space in our recycle bin. It is also costly, and the costs have to be paid ultimately by the buyer, in this case ME! Perhaps this can be looked at.
