Now£3.99for a flat white coffee which was not as strong as previously. My friend had a latte which looked like a glass of hot milk, again coffee content poor. Had to buy extra shot of coffee at 65p. Won’t be back. Greggs coffee much better at half the price.

It took 16 weeks from ordering to delivery. I was kept informed re delivery times and the team arrived as scheduled. The 2 men put the 2 sofas together , no mess. One big negative. The sofas, which are a velvet type finish , have several marks in the fabric. I questioned this - as the sofas were by no means cheap - and was told that it was due to how they were packed and that the marks “settle “. I believe photographs were taken and I took some myself in case the problem persists.

I had my eyes tested at one branch but choice of frames was limited so I went to larger branch in city centre - much better choice. Ordered new frames and lens

Just had to download new website. It’s awful ! Why on earth was it changed ? The previous site was much more user friendly.

Lots of choice at good prices. As I’m a Size 8, many shops don’t have a great selection for me. The assistant was extremely pleasant and helpful- not pushy.

Order arrived to local shop for collection ( as I requested ) in a couple of days. Two items I ordered were just as described , are food quality and fit very well. Free delivery and free returns - what’s not to like ?

Easy to order, pick up from / return to local Next is very handy (don’t have to wait in for delivery) and no delivery or return charge.

Site is easy to understand. Great prizes (not that I’ve ever won anything but I live in hope). Happy to be supporting nominated charities.

I visited the East Bridgford Blue Diamond garden Centre today with a small group of relatives. We headed straight for the restaurant to “catch up” . It was really busy and we had to queue for a table (not surprising as it will soon be Christmas) After being seated we had to wait quite a while for menus, a long wait before our order being taken, another long wait to order desserts and get the bill. The main courses were excellent, if expensive, but the desserts were disappointing and again expensive. It took so long to be served in the restaurant that none of us had time to look round the garden centre, where we might well have spent a few pounds. I think that the restaurant was sadly short staffed at such a busy time of year. Hopefully we will be able to visit again, perhaps in the new year when it will be quieter.

I was told my order would arrive Sunday,7.30-8.30, so I made sure I was up! Was at window, eating my breakfast, saw DPD van pass one way, then the other. 5 minutes later I got a message saying “sorry we missed you”. The driver did not stop at my home or make any attempt to deliver. I was more than a little angry. My parcel arrived ok next day - different driver.

I found a tiler through this site. He did an excellent job, was reliable, punctual and a polite young man. I would recommend this site and will use again.

I ordered 3 blouses thinking I would buy 2 of them. However, they all fit well and were lovely quality. As I couldn't decide which 2 to keep , I just had to keep them all !

I was pleased to get my boiler serviced at last. It wasn´t done last year ( though the service is included in my contract ) due to Covid. The service engineer was a very pleasant young man - no reason at all to complain.

Lady rang us to arrange annual boiler service. Very polite but spoke quickly and rather quietly. I had to ask her to repeat sometimes but all went well.

Very disappointed and now feel fleeced.
I ordered in good time but order was delivered 2 days late and then wrong bouquet delivered. Have emailed company to complain but no response. Will not use this company again and cannot recommend.
