Costa Pallion
Costa Pallion, Sunderland, up there with the worst places in the postcode, never send full order, lazy as.

We often visit this Costa and ‘dine in’ - the venue is always clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly and welcoming - this is our favourite Costa.
Thank you
Great staff at Costa dockside
Great staff at Costa dockside, Chatham. Always quick to serve, very helpful and polite.
Not so good in Gravesend, takes about 10 minutes to serve one person.

The new Costa in Next South Ruislip - awful see .
The new Costa in Next South Ruislip.
I had a bad experience with a very rude member of staff. NO NAME TAG - not surprised…. Red head scarf lady .
Very abrupt.
Unhelpful. Rude … wouldn’t get a manager and refused a refund.
Sloppy service…. The worst store I’ve been in to yet and I’ve been in to many …
Poor service, proper case of CBA
Visited the queens road cafe in sheffield and was disappointed by the reaction of the person making the drinks. We had several drinks and food and when I ordered the white hot chocolate we weren't asked if we wanted cream (it didnt cross my mind when ordering as its not something I order). When we asked for cream we were then told we would need to pay extra. We had just spent a considerable amount for food and drinks so it seemed incredibly petty when it wasnt even asked at the point of order. The cafe wasnt busy either so there really was no excuse for not asking. Very poor customer service.
Costa Verona Airport
I decided to use Costa at Verona airport.
That was a very Bad choice, the coffee tasted like dishwater, disgusting and was undrinkable, so poured it out.
Avoid getting a coffee here.
The service was quick, efficient and the staff were pleasant.
Costa’s Four Cheese Toastie Review 🧀
Costa’s Four Cheese Toastie Review 🧀
I went into this expecting a glorious four-cheese experience. What I got was a warm, rectangular reminder that cheese can, apparently, be processed beyond the laws of nature.
Calling it a “four cheese toastie” feels generous. I’m pretty sure at least two of the cheeses were introduced to each other via a PowerPoint presentation.
The texture was somewhere between melted plastic and a cheese-flavoured stress ball, while the flavour had all the complexity of a printer cartridge. I took one bite and immediately started wondering whether I’d accidentally eaten the packaging.
Highly processed, oddly uniform and possessing the unmistakable aura of something that could survive a nuclear winter.
Costa, I came for cheese. I left with questions. 🥪
Avoid cost coffee
Avoid cost coffee. Its very disappointing and a poor show that the rage of sandwich option is only Mozzarella, Smokey Red Pepper & Pesto Toastie, and a few crips for people with celiac disease, they dont not even provide gluten free cakes.
Excellent service at Costa Coffee in Ambleside
I had a really positive experience at Costa in Ambleside. Alex, the manager, was extremely helpful, friendly and went out of his way to assist me. It was clear that he genuinely cared about providing great customer service.
Alex also has a fantastic team around him. Everyone was welcoming, polite and professional, which made the whole experience even better.
A real credit to Costa — thank you to Alex and the whole team for making my visit such a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend this Costa and will happily return!
Disappointed:(
Would normally have nothing but positive things to say about Costa but a recent experience left me very disappointed. Went to the branch at King’s Cross station and asked for a drink to be made with dietary requirements- they didn’t listen and made a regular drink as I watched them make it - I did try asking them to stop before finishing but they didn’t hear me. I told them it wasn’t correct and could they make it again- they were very unimpressed and then tried to charge me the extra money for the alternate milk again even tho they already charged me extra the first time. They clearly decided they didn’t like me since the drink they did make was only 3/4 full! I am a regular with Costa and often ask for gift cards for my birthday but I don’t think I will be going to this branch again. They were very rude and didn’t treat my allergy with the proper concern - they didn’t wash out the equipment before making it a second time either! As someone who works in a kitchen and deals with allergens regularly, I understand the importance of them and understand it may take extra time to make them, but regardless we must give them the proper time and attention they deserve so everyone can stay happy and healthy :)
A very disappointing visit
A very disappointing visit.
This Costa (Watford Arches drive thru & cafe )had a refresh recently so I was expecting to be ‘wowed ‘ when I went in to the shop. It was exactly the same, the tables and chairs were not clean, the ice machine was broken, the air conditioning was not working and it was very warm in there . It was so warm that myself & my daughter left without finishing our coffee, my daughter felt faint and getting too warm isn’t good for my health ( I have M.S.) . I had to use the toilet, it was dirty and smelt, the sanitary & nappy bins were broken & emitting a nasty smell.
I will certainly think twice about using Costa
Beans expired??????
It's taken me along time to collect 5 beans. As don't go in Costa often. Now they've removed them as they've expired. Surely I spent money for those they should just stay on my account . Rediculas.
Very clean store
Very clean store, welcoming atmosphere. If I hadn’t been in my way to meet someone, I would have sat indoors to enjoy my coffee, as the site was excellent and inviting.
I was assisted by Lasya at Castleford Bridge Street; a smiley, and efficient member of your team. Good eye contact and listed to my request/query about my coffee order.
Thank,you.
Took my 2 adult sons to Costa in Vale…
Took my 2 adult sons to Costa in Vale Park Aylesbury today. The coffee was awful, it was not drinkable. I just hope I remember never to go back again for a coffee
Staff not friendly
At Queen Victoria hospital in kirkaldy and noticed all the cake and biscuit labels were all in the wrong place nothing matched so told a member of staff who looked and said she sorted them earlier! All in the wrong place labels didn't match the items. She wasn't pleasant at all. Tried filling in contact form and it didn't accept Queen Victoria hospital as a site!
Also someone asked for decaff and was told there wasn't any
I will no longer visit.
We used to pop into stores occasionally, particularly when travelling to grab a quick toasty and a drink. Started to increasingly notice that the hygiene was just getting worse in most stores that were visited. From dirty tables to huge amounts of flies either visibly dead or constantly buzzing around and then landing on drinks cups. I then unfortunately had one incredibly horrific experience which has put me off going ever again and their response to the matter was absolutely disgusting. We went in to store for a meeting. All had hot drinks the drinks were not good at all. I then would also watch the staff very unhygienically handle things. I was then incredibly poorly reasonably quickly, I do have a system which will reject things reasonably quickly if something is wrong and I'm incredibly thankful for that in most circumstances. I was in the bathroom within a very short space of time being incredibly unwell. Unfortunately it didn't stop there and I ended up being horrifically poorly and unfortunately with how violently poorly I was without going into too much detail. This ended up causing third degree burns. With another few days and nights of being horrifically unwell. I ended up in a&e with horrific wounds and having to be cleaned and dressed. We were then told by the a&e department that burns had gone. Deep enough they damage the nerves. Thank goodness I had family who I could go and stay with whilst I was unable to look after myself. Because of this one incident. I was told by medical teams that I was incredibly lucky that my system had rejected it. When it did. I was also told that I was incredibly lucky that we weren't looking at skin grafts. Despite the horrific pain and damage, I'd actually got off quite lightly. I was in dressings for over 6 weeks was still in significance amount of pain 2 months on. After coming out of dressings it over 2 years before the nerves fully repaired, I was incredibly lucky that that had also happened. I took this as it being a freak experience and just bad luck. And then unfortunately I heard that a very similar thing had happened to a friend's child exactly the same reaction incredibly quickly. They We're lucky and there was no damage. I then reported this to Costa on the first go round. I was completely ignored. I then tried again sent reams of evidence of my experience. Also reporting that it happened to somebody else and so it wasn't just a one-off freak thing. I was met with. We take hygiene very seriously. This can't have possibly happened. It's too late for us to really investigate in any detail now, and there's nothing in our records that show these findings or any reports. Previously the things have happened to others. Basically just an outright rejection and denial that anything had gone wrong. Then they refused to investigate further and their way of closing. The conversation was to offer a £5 voucher. Please be very careful, particularly with children. I have not been in to one of their stores since.
