Brilliant coffee as ever, served quickly as its a little quieter than usual, but the standards of cleanliness are going downhill.

The material on many of the seats is stained by spillages. Everything now appears like it needs attention from an upholstery cleaner. Tables are also starting to show wear and tear generally.

Come on Costa play the game the staff are attentive and friendly, the location is great but clearly being let down by lack of investment in maintenance.

Hannah W was really helpful in going to and fro sorting out my slightly unusual job. She arranged the artwork to be worked on to match my old colour scheme, sorted the invoice for the whole job and kept in touch throughout. Impressed, keep it up.

The deal was great but really complicated to actually redeem. Then the account I received was a random email account - for a corporate domain - with an assigned random password. I can't change the account name as Microsoft won't allow it but set my own pwd. All works though but what a joke.

Glasses are great. Same as from high street for less. One improvement is keeping you informed of progress. They did let me know when I enquired. But otherwise I heard nothing.

Straight forward but photos restrictive on place booked. Payment restricted by bank so not sure if see cottages.com as a problem according to bank. Got there in the end though. Looking forward to it

Bought a few wheel clips for upper basket of our dishwasher.
