Unfortunately, somehow, I seem to have received the wrong size of these that I ordered for my husband. The customer support has been amazing and very responsive. They are sending me a replacement in the correct size ( I hope ) once I have received these I will upgrade to a 5*

The price of the item was better than anywhere else for it. But I did have to wait a lot longer to get it, which is why I’ve dropped a star.

I was disappointed with the fit of these. And I didn’t think that the hems were finished very well. They were just not me. Took a few days to arrive as well.

Not a British company. Don’t be fooled like I was. Green credentials? My rear end ! They are shipping from China and I am STILL waiting for my dresses. 8th September. The company wont respond to emails. And I bet the quality will be rubbish even if they do turn up in a few weeks time and way too late for my holiday.
Update: Dresses turned up and were nothing like advertised, even to the point of lacking the pockets that they were famed for. Attempted to return them to the address given for a refund, paid for it £28 ( I know I’m stupid ) only to have the parcel returned last week as refused by recipient.
I’m fuming. Now mid November.

As usual, delivery and product were excellent. My only issue is that the super king duvet has been squished into a smaller case than my previous ones, this case is the same size as my single ones are in

Very Happy with the tennis skirts I ordered. Super comfy, great colours and superb value.

This rum is very hard to find and I was very happy to get it without having to get it sent from America.
It was well packed and delivered in a reasonably good timeframe although a bit more communication regarding its despatch and delivery would have been even better as it was a present for someone in The same household.
