Always delivers quickly and their prices are competitive

Very disappointed this time as I have previously been very happy with this company and bought from them on several occasions. However, the plant I that I recently ordered arrived in a sad condition, and not as described, I have tried to ask for a response from them on several occasions, with no joy. So I am now having to resort to giving them a poor review until my problem has been satisfactorily resolved.

Appalling service. I ordered two plants for their particularly unusual colour. I received 1 of the same type but of a different colour and name. The plant was packed incorrectly according to the way up sticker on the box too. Customer care took 3/4 hour to get through to, asked for photos, which I sent, and assured me I would have a resolution shortly. That was 5 days ago. Nothing. I either want my correct plants or my money back. I shall never use this company again and advise others not to either.

Love this chocolate. It is better than my old traditional favourites, in that it seems to satisfy my craving faster and I can stop myself from binging, despite it being completely delicious !
I did panic slightly when my last delivery arrived as the packaging didn’t seem up to the job and the box was broken, and open !!!
Luckily the bars were all there, so it had obviously only just happened and the postman clearly had no idea how lovely they are 😂

So Easy to do. Even for an old fogey like me. Highly recommend the service.

Quick delivery but when I received two bird boxes that were not what I wanted they were immovable and unwilling to budge and replace. Their website was confusing and offered a choice of types. On the confirmation email I received from them the photo was of the one I wanted. What arrived was NOT. Despite showing them how the mix up happened and pointing out their system has faults, they were still unwilling to compromise or assist me and offer to swap for the items I wanted for the sake of good customer relations. NOT IMPRESSED

They were great. Despite the item I wanted showing as in stock when I ordered, they contacted me to say it wasn’t available and offered me my money back/ wait longer for it, or an alternative. The alternative arrived promptly and is fabulous quality ( even if the colour wasn’t my first choice.

Fast, efficient and just what I wanted

I made a mistake and ordered too many items.
I emailed them and received a rapid reply saying they would get back to me. They did, later the same day and rectified the whole situation by refunding me and posting the one I needed.

As always, Excellent. I found what I needed. The quality of the case is excellent, and it arrived very promptly.

I am very pleased with the shoes, but considering that they were shown as being in stock, I was surprised that it took several days for them to be despatched and I had not realised that they were coming from Europe which made it even longer.

Love the mattress and sleeping much better. Both of us ! Didn't notice the smell much despite what some said. Only problem is that it seems to shift gradually over to one side of the base, but I think that is because our weights are so different. I just have to heave it back into place regularly when making the bed. It's the only reason I dropped a star.

Love Them. Can't believe how comfy they are. Flip flops usually hurt my toes, but these don't. Delivered very quickly. Best praise I can give is that after 2 days I ordered another pair. Will be recommending them to everyone !

Everything I have bought from this company has been of top quality and excellent value. They always deliver quickly. I Will always look to them if I need something before anywhere else.

Everything arrived quickly. The only reason I didn't give it a 5star rating was because the handle on the ball chucker was very rough and badly moulded which would have hurt my hand. I have trimmed and smoothed it myself. This product was made in China so Viovet needs to be a little more vigilant before sending products out.
