I was awaiting package with perishable goods. The APC van dropped the box at the house next door clearly signed no 2 (we are no 3). He never even came to my house. The package was clearly labelled no 3.

Couldn’t be bothered to deliver to my address!
My name and address was printed clearly on the box and yet the driver decided that it would best be delivered to a care home 3 streets away…not ideal when it was perishable goods!

The order did not arrive at my house
The order did not arrive at my house. Someone was here at my address to accept the package but the package was left on a porch in the next building. I have enquired at the next building and it appears that the package has been stolen as it was left on a porch.
When I made the order with Nielsen I was able to give precise instructions on where to leave the packages if nobody was home. I certainly did not give instructions to leave the packages on a porch, as it says by the delivery person.
I gave my phone number with the order so if there was any doubt then someone could have called me.
It is clear that the delivery person didn't even check the intercom as my name isn't on the intercom panel where it was left, whereas it is on the building next door. The building is also clearly labelled on the wall.
The whole experience is frustrating as I needed the packages urgently and now it is the weekend and nothing can happen now until Monday
