I was tempted to knock a star off…

I was tempted to knock a star off because of the delivery, as it sat for 3 days at delivery depot, but that would have been unfair, as everything else was spot on from the excellent price,( cheapest I’ve seen anywhere) ordering was easy and was informed when despatched.

Well done YT

I needed some soda crystals to help clear a blocked drain and also clean lots of algae from some outside brickwork...I spotted Yorkshire Trading on line and was pleased with the product, the speed of delivery and the ease of ordering and delivery..

Poor

Just note that you are required to pay for returns. I ordered wool which was filthy on arrival. I asked for replacement and said I was happy to return if they paid. Outcome - they refunded for one and replaced one because that's all they had in stock. What good is one ball of wool when I need two? Said ball arrived grubby, marginally better than filthy!
I give up 🤦🏻‍♀️
