Delivery
Delivery took several weeks and I was given 2 different dates which both proved to be wrong. Communication about the delay was poor so I had to chase but got no clarity of when delivery would take place. Need to manage this better.

Good but not ideal
Firstly, it was a really great price for my shoes. Unfortunately the online checkout seemed to have a bug because I didn't get a confirmation screen or email but I saw the money had been taken out of my account. I submitted a customer service form and didn't hear anything as quickly as I would have liked so called them. Not ideal as I'm in the UK and they are in France. However, they were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Order had gone through and item was shipped and delivered quickly. Overall I'm pleased!

I got completely scammed. At the time of payment, the Jacket costed 900 dkk, and when I payed, they charged me 1700 dkk!!! Now I canno reach costumer service....Never buy from here

Disappointing and waste of money
I found ordering and delivery. June 2026. Ok, but products were not. Received 2 pairs of mountain running shoes xxx and noth, I found both got my feet soaking. They were both expensive shoes, and for the price of them, knowing that it is mostly wet on mountains they should at least keep my feet a bit dry. VERY DISAPPOINTED .Won't be recommending anyone to buy shoes from Hardloop. I certainly won't be purchasing anything else from them again!
