Terrible Customer Service Slow dispatch
Terrible experience dismissive staff. Over a week to dispatch an item showing as in stock even though I had emailed immediately after ordering to check on delivery times. The item eventually shipped 1 day after the delivery day I was given when I checked!!! If you are happy to wait a month for your goods with no real idea when it will ship or delivered and enjoy being patronised by customer services this is the place to shop. Good luck

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I've been waiting for weeks for a refund for an item they confirm they have received. I phoned to explain the situation, the person I spoke to said "OK" and "I don't know what you want me to say". I literally felt like I was speaking to someone on their first day of work.

So far im rather disappointed I placed…
So far im rather disappointed I placed an order on the 18/08 and im still waiting ive made a complaint and ive received a clear, copy and paste reply, which has told me you'll investigate and that could take upto another 2 weeks. Over a month to receive an order with a value of close to £400 is ridiculous! I placed and order from both a company in Sweden and China and they arrived last week! Youd think France being closer it would be alot faster.

Not a great company in my opinion. Spent over £150 on a pair of boots Sahara Mehdi boots.. The insoles lasted less than 2 months in Wolverhampton. They hide behind manufactures warranty. Having a terrible time trying to get a refund.
I made a big order, kept about half and sent half back. So I’m quite out of pocket by this point.
Communication is so slow with up to 9 days between responses.
They have confirmed they’ve received my return but I haven’t seen the money or had a response in a week despite their auto reply saying they will respond within 2 days.
