My goods arrived on time and they were a very good price . I would highly recommend them .

I found what I wanted easily and it arrived when they said it would arrive. Not as quick as Amazon but quick enough for me.

I bought a pair of Salomon trainers from this company which I'm trying to return as they're too small.
This has proved a nightmare if I'm honest, their communication is pretty much non-existent, no contact number, no QR code for the collection.
The first time I tried to return, the box was collected from the initial delivery point - a local shop - and was then returned to the same shop 2 days later - not great. I then booked a collection from my house on Friday 4th, the collection window is 10AM to 7PM, no notifications from the courier as to when they might arrive so waited in all day.
No collection so a complete waste of time.
Avoid this company at all costs!! They keep promising to resolve but clearly can't manage a simple return!!

No refund, no product, and no answers — this feels little different from a scam

My experience with Deporvillage has been extremely disappointing.

I returned a product, but Deporvillage refused to issue a refund, claiming that the product packaging was damaged.

Regardless of whether I agree with that decision, if they refuse the return and will not refund me, then the product should obviously be sent back to me.

Instead, I am now in an unbelievable situation: Deporvillage has the product, I have not received a refund, and the product has not been returned to me either.

I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service asking for an explanation and for my product to be returned. I still have no proper answer and no clear information about where my item is.

So, at this point, I have neither my money nor my product, while Deporvillage has both.

From a customer's perspective, this feels little different from dealing with a scam: they have my money, they have my returned product, and they are not responding to my repeated attempts to resolve the situation.

Fortunately, this was not an extremely expensive item. Imagine the same situation with a product worth €1,000, €2,000 or more: you return it, they refuse the refund, keep the product, and then stop giving you meaningful answers. Would you feel comfortable taking that risk?

A disagreement about damaged packaging is one thing. Keeping both the customer's money and the product while failing to resolve the situation is entirely different.

Based on my experience, I certainly cannot recommend Deporvillage, and I would think very carefully before purchasing anything of significant value from them.

Just a great company to deal with great prices great delivery 10 / 10 again

They sent me two cycling shoes in different sizes – 35 and 37!

I ordered a pair of Northwave Hammer Junior cycling shoes in size 35 from Deporvillage.

What I received is unbelievable: one shoe is size 35 and the other shoe is size 37. The original box is clearly marked size 35, but as you can see in the attached photos, the labels inside the shoes clearly show two completely different sizes: EU 35 and EU 37.

This means that nobody at Deporvillage apparently checked the pair before packing and shipping the order. A pair of cycling shoes with two different sizes is obviously completely unusable.

I am very disappointed with the quality control and order preparation. When you buy from a professional online sports retailer, you expect at the very least to receive two shoes of the same size.

I have photos showing the box, both shoes and the size labels, so there can be no misunderstanding about what was delivered.

Very poor experience with Deporvillage. I cannot recommend this store based on this order.

they did not even replied to my claim. never again

I ordered a pair of trainers from Deporvillage which were subsequently returned to their warehouse.
On 22 July I received an email from Deporvillage confirming that the transport company had returned my order and that once their warehouse confirmed receipt, my refund would be processed automatically.
I have still not received my refund. I have also sent follow-up emails trying to get this resolved and have received no response.
I’ve given the company plenty of time and several opportunities to sort this out, but I’m now left out of pocket with neither the trainers nor my money back.
Based on my experience, I would not order from Deporvillage again. I’m happy to update this review if the company contacts me and resolves the refund.

Super fast delivery. Unfortunately, the item is smaller than expected and doesn't correspond to a standard size M. But other than that, everything is fine.

Horrible organisation, sent me the wrong bag Oakley bag I bought. Got a dark grey and they delivered me an Olive Green/Mustard one instead. Would not recommemd.

Happy with good value purchase, packed neat and arrived in good condition on the promised date. Good information flow in between. Well done!

Really happy with my order. I placed it late at night, it was processed the next morning, and the package arrived the following afternoon, so the delivery was genuinely very fast.

Everything arrived exactly as ordered and in the correct sizes.

I bought these shoes for my first Camino de Santiago, and so far they feel great. They are very comfortable, and I’m especially happy with the size I chose. I normally wear EU 39, but I went for EU 41 in this model. They seem to run quite small, because I think EU 40 would have been too tight for me even for normal walking. EU 41 feels comfortable and gives me the extra room I wanted for long days of walking and hiking.

Overall, a very good first experience with Deporvillage.

I ordered an Oakley terraforma it came in with signs of wear. Smudges on the lenses, color has faded on the nose bridge. Like it has been worn before. This is unacceptable. Cant even seem to find a customer service to help

This company only offer collections for returns and so you are then charged a £12.85 administration fee. There should be an option to drop off your return with a reduced charge.

It took more than a month to receive 3 T-shirts, poor communication unfortunately( although I have been a loyal client for a couple of years. Not sure we will come back (
