There was no contact for delivery or information on the tracking site of the package’s location, so the package was sent back. When I called BIKE24 customer service about it, they said to order again. I said that I will not order again if I cannot get the package delivered, then they hung up. After that I called DHL and they said that BIKE24 does not provide contact details for the recipient, so they could not deliver the package if the recipient lives in an apartment. I have never had this happen and I order a lot internationally. I live in Finland.

There is now the option to select a pick-up shop! This is brilliant - it will take away the stress of delivery, as previously it was impossible to contact the courier to arrange a delivery (and they would never deliver to house).

Had the needed sparepart in stock an promise delivery within 3 days , hope that true , if not the rating will be different as delivery time is crucial this time

I purchased Oakley's most expensive sunglasses through Bike24. I wore them once, during the run portion of an Ironman . At the finish line they slipped off my face and landed on the red carpet. They came back with badly scratched lenses.

I contacted Bike24 as the seller. The first response was "this is clearly a case of user error." The second response was a link to Oakley's warranty page.

No investigation. No questions. No attempt to understand what happened. Just blame the customer and close the ticket.

As a retailer, Bike24 has a responsibility toward the products they sell and the customers who buy them. Pointing a customer to a manufacturer warranty page and walking away is not customer service. It is abdication.

I paid a premium price through your store. I used the product in the sport it was designed for. They scratched on a finish line carpet. You had the opportunity to make it right and chose not to.

The product was good but the delivery experience (Finland) was terrible. Apparently, Bike24 does not provide the delivery company (DHL) the customer’s contact details. Consequently, if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the whole process breaks down. Bike24 recommended that I should ask from my neighbours whether they have taken the package … Never again.

Good for MTB and Outdoor products for a nice price. Nice website with good filters for most of the parts. Often nice discounts. Service is fast and good when something is wrong with a product or delivery.

Can be found what is difficult to get from other alternatives. Second, very good prices and discounts which really matters. Very good service and delivery at the door.

Ordered 4iiii Precision 3+ Powermeter Crank Arm in wrong size. Called support immediately to fix it. The German agent on the phone was dismissive and arrogant, flatly refused to process a return or exchange, and wouldn’t discuss any options. Zero flexibility, zero professionalism. Bike24 claims to be professional but their support team proves otherwise. Don’t expect help if you make a simple mistake — they’ll just keep your money. Avoid this store!!
