My order arrived within days
My order arrived within days . It was well packed and delivered to my hand rather than being dumped on the doorstep.
The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because the garment didn’t fit and I had to return it.

Shopping on line and click and collect…
Shopping on line and click and collect gave me time to think! However, one of the items was no longer available. It was only when I telephoned, after waiting a number of days, that I was told this. The money has now been refunded. However, had I known when doing the click and collect I might have found an alternative. Since then, I have successfully purchased online from another company and you have lost my trade!

It's been a while since i have ordered anything .I found the ordering easy both items i ordered in stock
With hearing lots of complaints about the delivery company Evri my order was delivered quickly and in a good condition. My crinkle trousers are a good fit and comfortable. The skirt was a bit heavy fr this weather but the fit was good .

Wrinkle free polo shirts
Ordered wrinkle free polo shirts. Order arrived earlier than expected. They are comfortable to wear and of really good quality. Would recommend these and will order more if they become available again.

Clothes order
I was very disappointed appointed with my delivery. I ordered the clothes on the 9th of July, it wasn't processed for 3 days & did not receive it till 20th. Evri told me it was delayed. I know the response will be " oh we are very busy st the moment" well that's not good enough.

Good clothing but ….
Good clothing. Delivery snails pace and refunds even slower. Less promotions and better customer experience would be beneficial.

We do advise that delivery can take between 3-5 working days but on some occasions are couriers are unable to deliver the parcel in the given timescales which we understand can be frustrating. In regards to our returns timescales we do ask if you can allow 14 working days from the date of return for the refund to show back onto the original payment method.
