We thought that the whining and grating noise coming from the front of the car was a major issue and could cost a lot of money.
Keith's experience and deduction pointed to the right front wheel where a small stone had embedded itself in front of the brakes and was screeching.

I really hope this feedback reaches Stuart’s manager, because I feel that exceptional service deserves to be recognised.

I had to call the AA out today when my car wouldn’t start, and I was lucky enough to have Stuart attend. What an absolute credit he is to the AA.

From the moment he arrived, he was warm, friendly, reassuring and incredibly personable. He immediately put me at ease and dealt with everything calmly and without the slightest fuss.

What particularly stood out to me was the way Stuart explained everything. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable and took the time to tell me what was happening and why, but he did so in such a natural, respectful way. At no point was he condescending or did he make me feel silly for not knowing something. That may sound like a small thing, but it makes an enormous difference when you’re already dealing with the stress and inconvenience of a car that won’t start.

As well as being professional and efficient, Stuart is simply a very likeable person. He has a lovely manner with people — friendly, genuine, patient and easy to talk to — and I came away feeling that I hadn’t just received excellent roadside assistance, I’d received genuinely outstanding customer service.

People are often quick to complain when something goes wrong, so I wanted to be equally quick to recognise someone who went above and beyond to make a frustrating situation so much better.

Please make sure Stuart receives the recognition he deserves. Employees like him are the reason customers remember a company positively. If I could specifically request Stuart the next time I needed assistance, I absolutely would.

The AA agent Pritpal was very thorough, identified the problem but was unable to fix it. He transported the car and myself to the garage requested and gave useful advice. He was friendly and efficient throughout and gave a very professional service.

He kept me up to date with arrangements for arrival time, along with being friendly, approachable and professional.

He had to come to my house and as an older, retired lady I felt at ease.

We had extremely prompt attention - waiting less than hour for an engineer. He was efficient and helpful and knew exactly what he had to do to change the wheel for the smaller spare tyre. He also checked the tyre pressure and ensured everything about the tyre was in first class working order before he left.

On a busy Bank holiday the waiting time,us safe in our destibation was not excessive,mechanic was thorough,encouraging and solving.Well done AA.

The lady I spoke to re my battery was helpful and re booked a new battery for me as the original order hadn't gone through properly. Mark arrived in good time, was professional, polite and helpful.

Luke was brilliant and had me up and running in no time,very polite and informative. Response time due to be an hour, was a little longer but he had to get a different item as his van couldn't access the lanes car park in Brighton. Very grateful.
