Very happy with service from Tom at the till

Sally served is today and was extremely helpful helping me find walking shoes. She was very patient as we tried lots of fifferent brands ans sizes. Excellent service all round.

The product was terrible but the two members off staff Katie & JJ was very helpful and got it sorted out for me

Half the order was cancelled . Took payment for 11 items then over the course of a few days, half the items were cancelled. Appears this is not a rare occurrence judging by the reviews I wish I'd read before.

Always happy with the products and the every member of staff is more than helpful.
Shoutout to Tom, who was briliant today and recommended us a pair of trekking boots which were tested later in that day !

It was no problem purchasing the item and although it said two days deliver ( one day being a Sunday and the other day a holiday the item arrived in time for me.

Great experience in the shop - namely from a member of staff named Lewis (Exeter branch). Could not have been more helpful if he tried. Went above and beyond to help us find suitable footwear for upcoming trip. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

We went to penrith store to look at walking shoes, we knew we wanted Merrells. As we were looking a gentleman called Tony, came over and gave us some good advice and was very knowledgeable about the shoes, which with his advice we purchased them.Tony is a fantastic part of your penrith store. Well done and thank you Tony the shoes are great.

Ordered about 12 items that were all "in stock" 5 items became out of stock over a few days. Rest arrived in 3 separate deliveries which is fine except one delivery was missing an item. It's then I nitemere to get hold of them to report it. Ended up having to go to angling direct to get all the missing stuff anyway so might as well not bothered ordering from them. Pretty poor really.

We recently visited Go Outdoors in Bury looking for a suitable carrier for our three-year-old disabled grandson. We needed something extremely robust and, most importantly, we needed to make sure that the carrier fitted correctly and met all of his needs before leaving the store.

We were served by a gentleman called Neil, who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain exactly how the carrier worked and using his experience and expertise to point out the important things we needed to consider.

Neil made sure we were confident using the carrier and helped us get it fitted correctly for our grandson. Thanks to his help, we were able to leave the store knowing we had chosen the right item.

Our grandson absolutely loves it, and it is going to be used many times as we enjoy exploring the hills and countryside across the North West of England.

A huge thank you to Neil for going above and beyond and providing such excellent customer service. It really made a difference to us and our family.

Still waiting for my purchase to arrive, it is now 6th September. Ordered on August 27th and this is the first communication from Go Outdoors! If anyone reads these replies can you help? Online customer service is not helpful at all.

I bought a good outdoors discount card on 27th August have still not received this no update from yourselves, no information very poor
